أعلن المفوض العام لـ«اللجنة الوطنية لإدارة غزة» علي شعث، فجر اليوم (الأحد)، الانطلاق الرسمي لأعمال اللجنة، عقب توقيعه أول قراراتها التنفيذية، واضعاً الإطار العملي للمرحلة القادمة في القطاع.
وقال شعث، في بيان نشره عبر حسابه على منصة «إكس»، إن توقيع بيان تأسيس اللجنة الوطنية لإدارة غزة (NCAG) يمثل أول إجراء رسمي له، ويؤكد الولاية الإدارية للجنة ومبادئها التشغيلية، باعتبارها الجهة المخولة بإدارة المرحلة الانتقالية.
وأوضح أن عمل اللجنة يستند إلى قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2803، وإلى خطة السلام المكوّنة من 20 نقطة، المنسوبة للرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، مشيراً إلى أن الهدف يتمثل في تحويل المرحلة الانتقالية في غزة إلى قاعدة راسخة لازدهار فلسطيني مستدام.
وأضاف أن اللجنة تعمل تحت إشراف مجلس السلام، برئاسة الرئيس دونالد ترمب، وبدعم من الممثل السامي لغزة، مؤكداً أن مهمتها لا تقتصر على إعادة الإعمار المادي، بل تمتد إلى إعادة بناء المجتمع الفلسطيني على المستويين الإنساني والمؤسسي.
وشدد شعث على التزام اللجنة بترسيخ الأمن، واستعادة الخدمات الأساسية التي تمثل جوهر كرامة الإنسان، وفي مقدمتها الكهرباء والمياه والرعاية الصحية والتعليم، إلى جانب العمل على تأسيس مجتمع قائم على السلام والديمقراطية والعدالة.
كما أكد أن «اللجنة الاستشارية الوطنية للحكم الرشيد» ستعمل وفق أعلى معايير النزاهة والشفافية، بهدف بناء اقتصاد منتج يوفر فرصاً متكافئة، ويحد من معدلات البطالة، بدلاً من تكريس الاعتماد على المساعدات.
واختتم شعث بالتأكيد على أن اللجنة تتبنى خيار السلام كمسار إستراتيجي، تسعى من خلاله إلى تأمين الطريق نحو الحقوق الفلسطينية المشروعة، وفي مقدمتها حق تقرير المصير.
The Commissioner General of the "National Committee for the Administration of Gaza," Ali Shath, announced early today (Sunday) the official launch of the committee's work, following the signing of its first executive decisions, establishing the practical framework for the upcoming phase in the sector.
Shath stated in a statement published on his account on the "X" platform that signing the founding statement of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) represents his first official action, confirming the committee's administrative authority and operational principles, as it is the body authorized to manage the transitional phase.
He clarified that the committee's work is based on Security Council Resolution No. 2803 and the 20-point peace plan attributed to U.S. President Donald Trump, noting that the goal is to transform the transitional phase in Gaza into a solid foundation for sustainable Palestinian prosperity.
He added that the committee operates under the supervision of the Peace Council, chaired by President Donald Trump, and with the support of the High Representative for Gaza, emphasizing that its mission is not limited to physical reconstruction but extends to rebuilding the Palestinian community on both humanitarian and institutional levels.
Shath stressed the committee's commitment to establishing security and restoring essential services that represent the core of human dignity, including electricity, water, healthcare, and education, in addition to working on establishing a society based on peace, democracy, and justice.
He also confirmed that the "National Advisory Committee for Good Governance" will operate according to the highest standards of integrity and transparency, aiming to build a productive economy that provides equal opportunities and reduces unemployment rates, rather than perpetuating reliance on aid.
Shath concluded by affirming that the committee adopts the option of peace as a strategic path, through which it seeks to secure the way towards legitimate Palestinian rights, foremost among them the right to self-determination.
