في مشهد مأساوي صدم الشارع المصري وأشعل موجة حزن واسعة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تحوّلت ليلة زفاف كان يُفترض أن تكون بداية لحياة جديدة إلى نهاية مفجعة، بعد حادثة سير مروّعة بمحافظة المنيا في صعيد مصر.
ووفق المعلومات الأولية، وقعت الحادثة مساء أمس (الخميس) في مركز بني مزار شمالي المحافظة، حيث انقلبت سيارة كانت تقل عروسين في طريقهما إلى منزل الزوجية عقب انتهاء مراسم الزفاف، برفقة شقيقة العروس وشخص آخر.
وأسفرت الحادثة عن وفاة العروس وشقيقتها في موقع الحادثة متأثرتين بإصابات بالغة، فيما نُقل العريس والسائق إلى المستشفى في حالة حرجة، وسط محاولات طبية مكثفة لإنقاذ حياتهما.
لكن المأساة لم تتوقف عند هذا الحد، إذ لفظ العريس أنفاسه الأخيرة داخل المستشفى بعد ساعات من وصوله، ليلحق بعروسه في ليلة كان من المفترض أن تُكتب في ذاكرة العمر، لا في سجلات الوفيات.
تم نقل جثامين الضحايا إلى مشرحة المستشفى تحت تصرف الجهات المختصة، فيما باشرت النيابة العامة التحقيق في ملابسات الحادثة، بعد تحرير محضر رسمي، وسط حالة من الصدمة التي خيّمت على أهالي المنطقة.
ومع انتشار تفاصيل الحادثة، تحولت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر إلى ساحة عزاء مفتوحة، خصوصًا بعد تداول مقطع مؤثر يظهر والد العروس منهارًا وهو يودّع ابنته بعبارات أبكت الآلاف:
«ملحقتش أفرح بيك يا بنتي، بنت أبوها». في مشهد اختصر الألم، وأعاد فتح جرح الأسئلة المؤلمة حول حوادث الطرق التي لا تزال تحصد الأرواح، حتى في أكثر اللحظات إنسانية وفرحًا.
In a tragic scene that shocked the Egyptian street and ignited a wave of sorrow on social media, a wedding night that was supposed to mark the beginning of a new life turned into a heartbreaking end, following a horrific traffic accident in Minya Governorate in Upper Egypt.
According to initial information, the accident occurred last night (Thursday) in the Beni Mazar Center in the northern part of the governorate, where a car carrying a newlywed couple overturned while they were on their way to their marital home after the wedding ceremony, accompanied by the bride's sister and another person.
The accident resulted in the death of the bride and her sister at the scene, succumbing to severe injuries, while the groom and the driver were transported to the hospital in critical condition, amid intensive medical efforts to save their lives.
However, the tragedy did not stop there, as the groom breathed his last inside the hospital hours after his arrival, joining his bride on a night that was supposed to be etched in the memory of a lifetime, not in death records.
The bodies of the victims were transferred to the hospital morgue under the supervision of the relevant authorities, while the public prosecutor began investigating the circumstances of the accident, after an official report was filed, amidst a state of shock that enveloped the local community.
As details of the incident spread, social media platforms in Egypt turned into an open mourning space, especially after a touching video circulated showing the bride's father in tears as he bids farewell to his daughter with words that moved thousands:
“I didn’t get to celebrate with you, my daughter, my daddy’s girl.” In a scene that encapsulated the pain and reopened the wound of painful questions about road accidents that continue to claim lives, even in the most human and joyful moments.
