أعلنت وزارة المالية الكويتية في منشور على منصة (X) أن مشروع موازنة العام المالي 2026-2027 يتوقع عجزاً قدره 9.8 مليار دينار (32.12 مليار دولار) وإيرادات إجمالية قدرها 16.3 مليار دينار (53.42 مليار دولار).
ويبدأ العام المالي في الكويت في الأول من أبريل وينتهي في 31 مارس سنوياً.
وطبقا للوزارة، فإن 79% من الإيرادات ستكون من عائدات النفط بواقع 12.8 مليار دينار، بانخفاض قدره 16.3% عن الإيرادات النفطية في العام المالي 2025-2026 التي بلغت 15.3 مليار دينار.
إيرادات غير نفطية
وتوقع مشروع الموازنة الجديدة إيرادات غير نفطية قدرها 3.5 مليار دولار بما يعادل 21% من إجمالي الإيرادات المتوقعة.
وتبلغ قيمة المرتبات وما في حكمها 15.8 مليار دينار وأنواع الدعم المختلفة نحو 4 مليارات دينار، بينما تبلغ المصروفات الرأسمالية 3.1 مليار دينار وباقي المصروفات 3.2 مليار دينار.
ويتوقع أن يرتفع إجمالي المصروفات 6.2% ليصل إلى 26 مليار دينار تقريباً مقارنة بالعام المالي السابق، وتم تقدير سعر برميل النفط في الموازنة للعام المقبل عند 57 دولاراً للبرميل، وبسعر تعادل للموازنة عند 90.5 دولار للبرميل.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Finance announced in a post on the (X) platform that the draft budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027 expects a deficit of 9.8 billion dinars (32.12 billion dollars) and total revenues of 16.3 billion dinars (53.42 billion dollars).
The fiscal year in Kuwait begins on April 1 and ends on March 31 annually.
According to the ministry, 79% of the revenues will come from oil revenues amounting to 12.8 billion dinars, a decrease of 16.3% from the oil revenues in the fiscal year 2025-2026, which reached 15.3 billion dinars.
Non-Oil Revenues
The new budget draft anticipates non-oil revenues of 3.5 billion dollars, equivalent to 21% of the total expected revenues.
The value of salaries and similar expenses is 15.8 billion dinars, and various types of support amount to about 4 billion dinars, while capital expenditures are 3.1 billion dinars and other expenses are 3.2 billion dinars.
Total expenditures are expected to rise by 6.2% to reach approximately 26 billion dinars compared to the previous fiscal year, and the price of a barrel of oil in the budget for the next year has been estimated at 57 dollars per barrel, with a budgetary breakeven price at 90.5 dollars per barrel.
