أعلن النادي الأهلي المصري، اليوم (الخميس)، نيته التقدم بطعن على الحكم الصادر من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم «فيفا» لصالح مدربه السابق خوسيه ريبيرو.

وقضت غرفة أوضاع اللاعبين بالاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم بإلزام الأهلي بدفع تعويض قدره 588 ألف دولار، شاملاً الشرط الجزائي المنصوص عليه في العقد لمدة 3 أشهر، لصالح خوسيه ريبيرو.
التحرك نحو «كاس»
وقال المستشار القانوني للأهلي المصري عبدالله شحاتة إن النادي سيتقدم بطعن أمام المحكمة الرياضية الدولية «كاس» ضد الحكم الصادر.
وأضاف أن هذه الخطوة سيتم الانتهاء منها خلال 3 أسابيع على الأكثر، عقب تسلم النادي حيثيات القرار الصادر لمصلحة المدرب الإسباني، مشيراً إلى أن الحكم ليس نهائياً، وأن هناك درجات تقاضٍ أخرى، وسيتم الطعن وفقاً للإجراءات المتبعة في هذا الشأن.
The Egyptian Al Ahly Club announced today (Thursday) its intention to appeal the ruling issued by the International Football Federation "FIFA" in favor of its former coach José Ribeiro.
Details of the Issued Ruling
The FIFA Players' Status Chamber ruled that Al Ahly must pay compensation of $588,000, including the penalty clause stipulated in the contract for a duration of 3 months, in favor of José Ribeiro.
Moving Towards "CAS"
The legal advisor for Al Ahly, Abdullah Shahat, stated that the club will file an appeal before the Court of Arbitration for Sport "CAS" against the issued ruling.
He added that this step will be completed within a maximum of 3 weeks, after the club receives the rationale for the decision issued in favor of the Spanish coach, noting that the ruling is not final, and there are other levels of litigation, and the appeal will be made according to the procedures followed in this regard.
