أعلنت وزارة الداخلية نتائج الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، التي نُفذت في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال الفترة من 2 إلى 8 رمضان الجاري الموافق 19 إلى 25 فبراير الجاري، وأسفرت عن ضبط 19,077 مخالفاً.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن المخالفين المضبوطين شملوا 13,215 مخالفاً لنظام الإقامة، و3,396 مخالفاً لنظام أمن الحدود، و2,466 مخالفاً لنظام العمل، كما تم ضبط 1,615 شخصاً خلال محاولتهم التسلل إلى داخل المملكة؛ يشكل اليمنيون منهم 34%، والإثيوبيون 64%، إضافة إلى جنسيات أخرى بنسبة 2%. وفي المقابل، تم ضبط 70 شخصاً حاولوا مغادرة المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية.
وشملت الحملة كذلك ضبط 10 متورطين في نقل أو إيواء أو تشغيل مخالفين، أو التستر عليهم، في مخالفة صريحة للأنظمة.
وبيّنت الوزارة أن 20,712 وافداً مخالفاً يخضعون حالياً لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة؛ بينهم 19,304 رجال و1,408 نساء. كما تمت إحالة 14,982 مخالفاً لبعثاتهم الدبلوماسية لاستكمال وثائق السفر، وإحالة 1,364 مخالفاً لاستكمال حجوزاتهم، إضافة إلى ترحيل 11,040 مخالفاً.
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية أن تسهيل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود أو نقلهم أو إيواءهم يُعد جريمة كبرى موجبة للتوقيف، وتصل عقوباتها إلى السجن 15 عاماً وغرامة تصل إلى مليون ريال، مع مصادرة وسيلة النقل أو السكن المستخدم في الإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير بالمتورطين، ودعت الجميع إلى الإبلاغ عن أي حالات مخالفة، مشددة على استمرار الحملات الميدانية في جميع المناطق.
The Ministry of Interior announced the results of the joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, which were carried out in various regions of the Kingdom from the 2nd to the 8th of Ramadan, corresponding to February 19 to 25. These efforts resulted in the apprehension of 19,077 violators.
The ministry clarified that the apprehended violators included 13,215 violators of the residency system, 3,396 violators of border security regulations, and 2,466 violators of labor laws. Additionally, 1,615 individuals were apprehended while attempting to infiltrate into the Kingdom; among them, Yemenis constituted 34%, Ethiopians 64%, along with individuals of other nationalities making up 2%. Conversely, 70 individuals were apprehended while attempting to leave the Kingdom illegally.
The campaign also included the apprehension of 10 individuals involved in transporting, sheltering, or employing violators, or concealing them, in clear violation of the regulations.
The ministry indicated that 20,712 violators are currently undergoing enforcement procedures; among them, 19,304 are men and 1,408 are women. Furthermore, 14,982 violators have been referred to their diplomatic missions to complete travel documents, and 1,364 violators have been referred to finalize their bookings, in addition to the deportation of 11,040 violators.
The Ministry of Interior emphasized that facilitating the entry of violators of border security regulations, transporting them, or sheltering them is considered a major crime subject to detention, with penalties reaching up to 15 years in prison and fines up to one million riyals, along with the confiscation of the means of transport or accommodation used for sheltering, in addition to publicizing the names of those involved. It urged everyone to report any violations and stressed the continuation of field campaigns in all regions.
