استقبلت مدارس التعليم العام في مختلف مناطق ومحافظات المملكة، أمس (الأحد)، أكثر من 6.5 مليون طالب وطالبة في مدارس البنين والبنات، وذلك عقب انتهاء إجازة عيد الفطر المبارك واستئناف الدراسة للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام 1447. وشهدت المدارس أجواء احتفالية مع بداية اليوم الدراسي، إذ تبادل المعلمون والإداريون التهاني مع الطلاب في الطابور الصباحي، فيما حرصت العديد من المدارس، على توزيع الورود والعيديات والحلوى، مما أضفى على الأجواء امتداداً لبهجة العيد وفرحته.

وفي منطقة حائل، انتظمت الدراسة في مدارس الإدارة العامة للتعليم مع عودة الطلاب والطالبات من إجازة عيد الفطر، وسط أجواء تنظيمية عكست جاهزية الميدان التعليمي واستقراره. وانطلق اليوم الدراسي بالاصطفاف الصباحي، تلاه تنفيذ الحصص وفق الجداول المعتمدة، مع حضور الكوادر التعليمية والإدارية ومتابعة سير اليوم الأول بعد الإجازة. وأكدت إدارة التعليم جاهزية المدارس من خلال تهيئة البيئة التعليمية وتوفير الحاجات اللازمة، بما يعزز الانضباط ويرفع مستوى الأداء التعليمي، انسجاماً مع خطط تطوير التعليم وجودته في المنطقة.

وفي سياق متصل، أعلنت وزارة التعليم مواعيد إجازة عيد الأضحى المبارك والاختبارات النهائية، إذ تبدأ الإجازة بصفة استثنائية في إدارات التعليم بمكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة وجدة والطائف بنهاية دوام الخميس 27 ذي القعدة، على أن تنطلق الاختبارات التحريرية لنهاية العام في الـ6 من محرم 1448، وتبدأ الإجازة الصيفية في الـ10 من الشهر نفسه. أما بقية الإدارات في المناطق والمحافظات، فتبدأ إجازة عيد الأضحى بنهاية دوام الـ4 من ذي الحجة، وتبدأ الاختبارات التحريرية في الـ28 من الشهر ذاته، فيما تنطلق الإجازة الصيفية في الـ3 من محرم.

وشددت الوزارة على المدارس الابتدائية والمتوسطة ضرورة تنفيذ الاختبارات الوطنية «نافس» للصفوف الثالث والسادس الابتدائي والثالث المتوسط ابتداءً من الأحد المقبل، موضحة أن هذه الاختبارات لا تدخل ضمن معايير النجاح أو الرسوب، وتهدف إلى قياس نواتج التعلم الأساسية بشكل دوري، وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف لدى الطلاب والمدارس، وتعزيز التنافس الإيجابي، وتزويد صناع القرار ببيانات دقيقة تدعم مستهدفات رؤية 2030 وبرنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية، إضافة إلى رصد أداء المدارس وتصنيفها ودراسة أثر إستراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم على تحصيل الطلاب.

The public education schools in various regions and provinces of the Kingdom welcomed more than 6.5 million male and female students in boys' and girls' schools yesterday (Sunday), following the end of the Eid al-Fitr holiday and the resumption of classes for the second semester of the year 1447. The schools witnessed a festive atmosphere at the start of the school day, as teachers and administrators exchanged congratulations with students during the morning assembly, while many schools were keen to distribute flowers, Eid gifts, and sweets, adding to the joy and celebration of the holiday.

In the Ha'il region, classes resumed in the schools of the General Education Administration with the return of students from the Eid al-Fitr holiday, amidst organized atmospheres that reflected the readiness and stability of the educational field. The school day began with the morning lineup, followed by the implementation of classes according to the approved schedules, with the presence of educational and administrative staff monitoring the progress of the first day after the holiday. The Education Administration confirmed the schools' readiness by preparing the educational environment and providing the necessary needs, which enhances discipline and raises the level of educational performance, in line with the plans for developing and improving education in the region.

Makkah and Madinah Regions

In a related context, the Ministry of Education announced the dates for the Eid al-Adha holiday and the final exams, stating that the holiday will exceptionally begin in the education administrations in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and Taif at the end of the workday on Thursday, the 27th of Dhul-Qi'dah, with the written final exams starting on the 6th of Muharram 1448, and the summer vacation beginning on the 10th of the same month. As for the other administrations in the regions and provinces, the Eid al-Adha holiday will start at the end of the workday on the 4th of Dhul-Hijjah, with written exams commencing on the 28th of the same month, while the summer vacation will begin on the 3rd of Muharram.

The ministry emphasized the necessity for primary and intermediate schools to implement the national assessments "Nafes" for the third and sixth grades of primary school and the third grade of intermediate school starting next Sunday, clarifying that these assessments do not factor into the criteria for passing or failing. They aim to periodically measure essential learning outcomes, identify strengths and weaknesses among students and schools, promote positive competition, and provide decision-makers with accurate data that supports the objectives of Vision 2030 and the Human Capacity Development Program, in addition to monitoring school performance, classifying them, and studying the impact of teaching and learning strategies on student achievement.
