وقّعت شركة روش للأدوية في السعودية، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال الرعاية الصحية، ثلاث مذكرات تفاهم مع كل من المجلس الصحي السعودي، وتجمع الرياض الصحي الأول، وتجمع مكة المكرمة الصحي، في إطار شراكات تهدف إلى دعم مسيرة التحول الصحي في المملكة، وتعزيز التكامل بين القطاعين العام والخاص بما يسهم في الارتقاء بجودة الخدمات الصحية وتحسين تجربة المستفيدين على مستوى المنظومة.

وتركّز مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة مع المجلس الصحي السعودي على دعم الجهود الوطنية المرتبطة بصحة العيون الناتجة عن أمراض السكري، من خلال إطار تعاون يعزز الوعي، ويشجع على الفحص والكشف المبكر، ويدعم بناء قدرات الممارسين الصحيين، إضافة إلى العمل المشترك نحو تطوير سياسات وطنية تسهم في تحسين الممارسات الوقائية والسريرية وقياس أثرها بشكل منهجي وفعّال.
كما تشمل مذكرة التفاهم مع تجمع الرياض الصحي الأول مجالات تعاون تهدف إلى تعزيز البحث العلمي والدراسات السريرية عبر حلول تقنية متقدمة، وتحسين الخدمات التخصصية، والارتقاء بتجربة المستفيدين، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات وبناء القدرات.
وأخيراً، تركز مذكرة التفاهم مع تجمع مكة المكرمة الصحي على توظيف الابتكار الصحي وخبرات القطاع الخاص لدعم جودة وكفاءة الرعاية الصحية في واحدة من أكثر البيئات الصحية تنوعاً من حيث حجم الخدمات وتعدد المستفيدين.
وترتكز الشراكة مع تجمع مكة المكرمة الصحي على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية تشمل بناء قدرات الاقتصاد الدوائي (Pharmacoeconomics)، وتعزيز برامج الفحص والكشف المبكر، وتحسين رحلة المستفيد ونتائجها من خلال برامج حلول صحية فعّالة وتطبيقات الصحة الرقمية.
Roche Pharmaceuticals in Saudi Arabia, one of the world's leading companies in the healthcare sector, has signed three memorandums of understanding with the Saudi Health Council, the Riyadh Health Cluster, and the Makkah Health Cluster, as part of partnerships aimed at supporting the health transformation journey in the Kingdom and enhancing integration between the public and private sectors to contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services and enhancing the beneficiaries' experience across the system.
These agreements reflect a long-term partnership approach with national entities, through the development of sustainable cooperation models that focus on prevention, capacity building, and the employment of health innovation, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, and enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of the health system in the long term.

The memorandum of understanding signed with the Saudi Health Council focuses on supporting national efforts related to eye health resulting from diabetes-related diseases, through a cooperation framework that enhances awareness, encourages early screening and detection, and supports the capacity building of healthcare practitioners, in addition to joint efforts towards developing national policies that contribute to improving preventive and clinical practices and measuring their impact systematically and effectively.
The memorandum of understanding with the Riyadh Health Cluster includes areas of cooperation aimed at enhancing scientific research and clinical studies through advanced technological solutions, improving specialized services, and elevating the beneficiaries' experience, alongside exchanging expertise and building capacities.
Finally, the memorandum of understanding with the Makkah Health Cluster focuses on leveraging health innovation and private sector expertise to support the quality and efficiency of healthcare in one of the most diverse health environments in terms of service volume and beneficiary diversity.
The partnership with the Makkah Health Cluster is based on three main pillars, including building pharmacoeconomic capacities, enhancing screening and early detection programs, and improving the beneficiary journey and outcomes through effective health solution programs and digital health applications.
