بقي 11 يوماً على المبادرة الخاصة بالإتاحة لحاملي تأشيرة الخروج النهائي المنتهية مغادرة السعودية عبر المنافذ الدولية دون الحاجة إلى تمديد التأشيرة أو دفع أي رسوم أو غرامات تأخير.

تأتي المبادرة، التي أطلقتها الجوازات ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في 25 فبراير الماضي، مراعاةً للظروف الراهنة، إذ دعت الجهات المعنية جميع المستفيدين إلى المبادرة بالمغادرة قبل تاريخ 18 أبريل 2026؛ لتجنّب تطبيق الأنظمة بحق المخالفين، وخصصت رقماً موحداً للتواصل وتقديم المساعدة والاستفسارات عبر المديرية العامة للجوازات.

وكانت وزارة الحج والعمرة أعلنت أن الزوار، الذين انتهت صلاحية تأشيراتهم في 8 رمضان يمكنهم مغادرة المملكة عبر المنافذ الدولية مباشرة، دون الحاجة إلى تمديد أو سداد أي رسوم، على أن تستمر المهلة حتى الأول من ذي القعدة الموافق 18 أبريل.

وحددت غرامة عدم المغادرة بعد صدور تأشيرة الخروج النهائي وانتهاء صلاحيتها بـ1,000 ريال، ويشترط لسداد الغرامة وإلغاء التأشيرة سريان صلاحية هوية مقيم، وتطال العقوبات أيضاً كل من يتأخر في الإبلاغ عن مغادرة من قام باستقدامهم في الوقت المحدد لانتهاء تأشيرة الدخول إن كان المستقدم وافداً.

There are 11 days left for the initiative allowing holders of expired final exit visas to leave Saudi Arabia through international ports without the need to extend their visas or pay any fees or late penalties.

The initiative, launched by the General Directorate of Passports and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development on February 25, takes into account the current circumstances, as the relevant authorities have urged all beneficiaries to take the initiative to leave before April 18, 2026, to avoid the application of regulations against violators. A unified number has been designated for communication and assistance inquiries through the General Directorate of Passports.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that visitors whose visas expired on the 8th of Ramadan can leave the Kingdom directly through international ports without the need for extension or payment of any fees, with the grace period continuing until the 1st of Dhul-Qi'dah, corresponding to April 18.

The fine for not leaving after the issuance of the final exit visa and its expiration is set at 1,000 riyals, and it is required for the payment of the fine and cancellation of the visa that the residency ID is valid. The penalties also apply to anyone who delays reporting the departure of those they sponsored within the specified time for the expiration of the entry visa if the sponsor is a foreigner.
