يترقّب سكان عدد من مدن ومحافظات المملكة الفترة من 1 إلى 15 ذي القعدة للاستمتاع بالأجواء الإيمانية في الحرم المكي بعد انتهاء موسم العمرة لعام 1447هـ، إذ يُتوقع انخفاض كثافة الزوّار في الحرم والمنطقة المركزية، مما يتيح فرصة أداء العمرة والصلوات لمن لم يتمكن خلال رمضان، وذلك قبل بدء توافد الحجاج.

وكانت وزارة الحج والعمرة، قد حدّدت 15 شوال آخر موعد لدخول المملكة بتأشيرة العمرة، فيما سيكون 1 ذي القعدة آخر موعد لمغادرة جميع المعتمرين القادمين من الخارج، بمن فيهم من انتهت تأشيراتهم في 8 رمضان، دون الحاجة لتمديد أو دفع رسوم.

وفي سياق الاستعدادات لموسم الحج، بدأت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون الحرمين في تنفيذ صيانة دورية للكعبة المشرّفة عبر فرق هندسية متخصصة، على أن تُستكمل قبل وصول ضيوف الرحمن لموسم حج هذا العام.

The residents of several cities and provinces in the Kingdom are looking forward to the period from the 1st to the 15th of Dhu al-Qi'dah to enjoy the spiritual atmosphere in the Grand Mosque after the end of the Umrah season for the year 1447 AH. It is expected that the density of visitors in the mosque and the central area will decrease, providing an opportunity for those who were unable to perform Umrah and prayers during Ramadan, before the arrival of the pilgrims.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah had set the 15th of Shawwal as the last date for entering the Kingdom with an Umrah visa, while the 1st of Dhu al-Qi'dah will be the last date for all pilgrims coming from abroad to leave, including those whose visas expired on the 8th of Ramadan, without the need for extension or payment of fees.

In the context of preparations for the Hajj season, the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has begun implementing periodic maintenance of the honored Kaaba through specialized engineering teams, to be completed before the arrival of the guests of Allah for this year's Hajj season.
