أعلنت البورصة المصرية، اليوم، عودة أنظمة التداول للعمل بكامل كفاءتها، وذلك عقب تعرضها لعطل فني مؤقت خلال جلسة التداول في حدود الساعة 12:22 ظهراً.
وأوضحت البورصة، في بيان رسمي، أنه تم التواصل مع فريق الدعم الفني التابع لمؤسسة «ناسداك» العالمية، وجرى التعامل مع العطل وإصلاحه بشكل سريع، بما ساهم في استعادة كفاءة الأنظمة في وقت قياسي.
مشكلة فنية
وأكدت إدارة البورصة أنه تم احتواء المشكلة الفنية ومعالجتها في أسرع وقت ممكن؛ لضمان عودة التداول بصورة طبيعية ودون تأثيرات ممتدة على السوق.
وتقدمت البورصة المصرية باعتذارها عن أي إزعاج قد يكون نتج عن هذا العطل، معربة عن تقديرها لتفهم وتعاون جميع المتعاملين في السوق.
The Egyptian Stock Exchange announced today the return of trading systems to full efficiency, following a temporary technical malfunction during the trading session around 12:22 PM.
The exchange clarified in an official statement that it had communicated with the technical support team from the global "Nasdaq" institution, and the malfunction was addressed and repaired quickly, which contributed to restoring the systems' efficiency in record time.
