رأس الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي الفيصل رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية اليوم (الأربعاء) 6 مايو 2026م، أعمال الجمعية العمومية التاسعة والعشرون، للجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية، بحضور نائبه الأمير فهد بن جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد، وأصحاب السمو والمعالي والسعادة أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، والجمعية العمومية.
ورفع الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي الفيصل رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية، عظيم الشكر والامتنان، لمقام خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود – أيده الله-، ولصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود – حفظه الله-، على ما يوليانه من رعاية ودعم واهتمام، بالقطاع الرياضي، كان له الأثر الأكبر في تطور الرياضة السعودية، مؤكدًا في الوقت ذاته استمرار العمل باستدامة لتحقيق المستهدفات الرياضية.
ووافقت الجمعية، على تعديل الفقرة الأولى من المادة الثامنة للنظام الأساسي لمركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي، والمتعلقة باختصاص المركز، لتضاف إليها: المنازعات المالية الناشئة عن عقود الرعاية أو الاستثمار الرياضي أو البث التلفزيوني أو الإذاعي أو تنظيم الأحداث الرياضية وغيرهما، بشرط أن يكون أحد أطرافها عضواً في المنظومة الرياضية وأن يُنص في العقد المبرم بين أطراف المنازعة أو في اتفاق لاحق مكتوب على اللجوء إلى التحكيم من خلال المركز، إضافة إلى الموافقة على تعديل المادة التاسعة عشرة من ذات النظام، ليضاف إليها: وأن يُنص في العقد المبرم بين أطراف المنازعة أو في اتفاق لاحق مكتوب على اللجوء إلى التحكيم من خلال المركز.
واستعرضت الجمعية، أبرز ارقام ومستجدات برنامج تحول الاتحادات، حيث بلغ متوسط أداء الاتحادات فنياً 78%، وبلغ متوسط أداء الاتحادات التشغيلي 87%، وتسجيل أكثر من 70 نادياً مستفيداً من مبادرة دعم الأندية من خلال الاتحادات.
واطلّعت الجمعية، على مشاركات فريق السعودية في الدورات الرياضية للعام الحالي، وأبرزها، دورة الألعاب الآسيوية العشرون التي تستضيفها مدينة ناغويا اليابانية سبتمبر القادم، ودورة الألعاب الخليجية الرابعة التي تُفتتح بالدوحة الأسبوع القادم، وتحديث دورة الألعاب الآسيوية السادسة للصالات المغلقة والفنون القتالية التي تستضيفها الرياض ديسمبر القادم.
وناقش الاجتماع، تقارير اللجان المنبثقة عن مجلس الإدارة وهي لجنة المرأة، ولجنة اللاعبين، ولجنة المراجعة، ولجنة المكافآت والترشيحات، بالإضافة لتقارير الجهات ذات العلاقة المتمثلة في مركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي، والأكاديمية الأولمبية السعودية، واللجنة السعودية للرقابة على المنشطات.
واعتمدت الجمعية، القوائم المالية لمركز التدريب السعودي الأولمبي للأعوام 2022 – 2023 – 2024م.
The head of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, today (Wednesday) May 6, 2026, chaired the 29th General Assembly of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, with the presence of his deputy, Prince Fahd bin Jiluwi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, and the esteemed members of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly.
Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal expressed his profound gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God support him – and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – for their care, support, and attention to the sports sector, which has had the greatest impact on the development of Saudi sports, affirming at the same time the continuation of efforts to achieve sports targets sustainably.
The assembly approved the amendment of the first paragraph of Article 8 of the bylaws of the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center, related to the center's jurisdiction, to include: financial disputes arising from sponsorship contracts, sports investment, television or radio broadcasting, organizing sports events, and others, provided that one of the parties is a member of the sports system and that the contract concluded between the parties to the dispute or in a subsequent written agreement stipulates resorting to arbitration through the center. The assembly reviewed the key figures and updates of the Federation Transformation Program, where the average performance of the federations was 78% in terms of technical performance, and the average operational performance of the federations was 87%, with more than 70 clubs benefiting from the club support initiative through the federations.
The assembly was informed about the participation of the Saudi team in the sports events for the current year, notably the 20th Asian Games hosted by Nagoya, Japan, next September, and the fourth Gulf Games opening in Doha next week, as well as updates on the sixth Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games to be hosted in Riyadh next December.
The meeting discussed reports from the committees emanating from the Board of Directors, namely the Women’s Committee, the Athletes Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Rewards and Nominations Committee, in addition to reports from relevant entities represented by the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center, the Saudi Olympic Academy, and the Saudi Anti-Doping Committee.
The assembly approved the financial statements of the Saudi Olympic Training Center for the years 2022 – 2023 – 2024.
