أكد محافظ أبين الدكتور مختار الرباش الهيثمي، أن المحافظة تشهد حالياً حالة من التوافق المجتمعي والإجماع الشعبي الداعم لاستتباب الأمن والاستقرار وفرض النظام والقانون، مشيراً إلى أن الالتفاف الكبير لمشايخ ووجهاء وأعيان قبائل أبين خلف جهود السلطة المحلية والأجهزة الأمنية، يمثل رسالة إيجابية قوية تعزز مناخ الاستقرار، وتفتح المجال واسعاً أمام تدفق المشاريع التنموية والخدمية التي تلبي تطلعات المواطنين.
جاء ذلك خلال لقائه بمدير البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن المهندس أحمد مدخلي، إذ جرى بحث حزمة من المشاريع الخدمية والتنموية المزمع تنفيذها في المحافظة، في إطار الدعم الإنمائي المستمر الذي تقدمه المملكة العربية السعودية للسكان في اليمن لتحسين الخدمات الأساسية وتعزيز مسار التنمية.
أولويات القطاعات الخدمية
واستعرض المحافظ الرباش خلال اللقاء مصفوفة الاحتياجات العاجلة لمحافظة أبين في عدد من القطاعات الحيوية، وفي مقدمتها مشاريع الكهرباء والمياه والطرق والصحة والتعليم، إلى جانب قطاعي الزراعة والثروة السمكية، مشدداً على أن التلاحم القبلي والشعبي يمهد الأرضية الصلبة لإنجاح جهود إعادة الإعمار والتنمية بالشراكة مع المملكة.
استجابة تنموية مواكبة
من جانبه، أكد مدير البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن المهندس أحمد مدخلي، حرص البرنامج على دعم المشاريع الحيوية ذات الأولوية القصوى في محافظة أبين، بما يسهم بشكل مباشر في الارتقاء بالبنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية، لافتاً إلى أن الدعم التنموي القادم يتواكب مع حالة الاستقرار الأمني والمجتمعي التي تشهدها المحافظة، امتداداً للرسالة الأخوية والتنموية للمملكة في شتى المحافظات اليمنية.
The Governor of Abyan, Dr. Mukhtar Al-Rabash Al-Haythami, confirmed that the governorate is currently witnessing a state of community consensus and popular support for establishing security and stability and enforcing law and order. He pointed out that the significant support from the sheikhs, dignitaries, and notables of Abyan tribes behind the efforts of the local authority and security agencies represents a strong positive message that enhances the climate of stability and opens wide avenues for the flow of developmental and service projects that meet the aspirations of citizens.
This came during his meeting with the Director of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, Engineer Ahmed Madkhali, where a package of service and developmental projects planned for implementation in the governorate was discussed, as part of the ongoing developmental support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the residents of Yemen to improve basic services and enhance the path of development.
Priorities of Service Sectors
During the meeting, Governor Al-Rabash reviewed the matrix of urgent needs for Abyan Governorate in several vital sectors, foremost among them are electricity, water, roads, health, and education projects, in addition to the agriculture and fisheries sectors. He emphasized that the tribal and popular cohesion lays a solid foundation for the success of reconstruction and development efforts in partnership with the Kingdom.
Responsive Development
For his part, the Director of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, Engineer Ahmed Madkhali, affirmed the program's keenness to support vital projects of the highest priority in Abyan Governorate, which directly contributes to enhancing infrastructure and basic services, noting that the upcoming developmental support aligns with the security and community stability being witnessed in the governorate, extending the brotherly and developmental message of the Kingdom to various Yemeni governorates.
