أصدر النائب العام رئيس مجلس النيابة العامة الدكتور خالد بن محمد اليوسف قرارًا بإصدار مصفوفة صلاحيات إدارية تتضمن تفويض رؤساء فروع النيابة العامة بمختلف مناطق المملكة بعدد من الصلاحيات الإدارية والمالية؛ بهدف تعزيز كفاءة العمل وتسريع الإجراءات التشغيلية في الفروع والمحافظات.

وشملت المصفوفة صلاحيات تتعلق بالإشراف الإداري، وتشكيل اللجان، وانتداب الموظفين، واعتماد بعض المكافآت والإجازات، إضافة إلى تنفيذ المشتريات ضمن الحدود المالية المعتمدة، بما يعزز من مستوى المرونة الإدارية ويرفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي في فروع النيابة العامة بالمناطق.

ونص القرار على سريان التفويض حتى 30 سبتمبر 2026، في خطوة تعكس توجه النيابة العامة نحو تعزيز اللامركزية وتمكين القيادات التشغيلية ضمن إطار حوكمة مؤسسية فاعلة.

The Attorney General and Head of the Public Prosecution Council, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, issued a decision to release an administrative authority matrix that includes delegating the heads of the branches of the Public Prosecution in various regions of the Kingdom with a number of administrative and financial authorities; aimed at enhancing work efficiency and speeding up operational procedures in the branches and governorates.

The matrix included authorities related to administrative supervision, forming committees, assigning employees, approving certain bonuses and leave, in addition to executing purchases within the approved financial limits, which enhances the level of administrative flexibility and raises the efficiency of institutional performance in the branches of the Public Prosecution in the regions.

The decision stipulated that the delegation would remain in effect until September 30, 2026, in a move that reflects the Public Prosecution's direction towards enhancing decentralization and empowering operational leadership within the framework of effective institutional governance.
