تخيل أن تستيقظ يومياً لتعيش حياة شخص آخر، تقبض راتبه، تسكن في منزله، وتحمل اسمه في الأوراق الرسمية. هذا ليس سيناريو لفيلم سينمائي، بل هو الحقيقة الصادمة التي استيقظ عليها الرأي العام في الكويت والخليج العربي، بعد تكشف خيوط أغرب وأكبر قضية انتحال صفة وتزوير جنسية امتدت لثلاثة عقود كاملة!
خدعة 1995
فصول الحكاية المثيرة بدأت قبل نحو 30 عاماً، وتحديداً في عام 1995. في ذلك الوقت، تمكن رجل وابنته (من جنسية خليجية) من حبك خطة شيطانية، حيث قاما بتزوير وثائق رسمية لتسجيل الفتاة على أنها ابنة لمواطن كويتي. والمفارقة هنا أن هذا المواطن كان متوفى بالفعل!
اعتماداً على هذا «الاسم الميت» انفتحت أمام المتهمين أبواب الخزينة المالية في الكويت، فحصلا على:

- معاش تقاعدي كامل.

على مدار 30 عاماً كاملة، عاش المتهمان خلف هذا القناع دون أن يشك بهما أحد. ولكن، كما يُقال دائماً: «لا توجد جريمة كاملة»، إذ بعد تحقيقات مطولة وسرية أجرتها السلطات الكويتية وقع بين أيدي المحققين خيط رفيع قادهم إلى تتبع الأوراق القديمة، لتنفجر المفاجأة التي أربكت الأجهزة الأمنية، فالفتاة التي تعيش كمواطنة كويتية وتتمتع بكل هذه المزايا ليست سوى منتحلة صفة!
وجاءت النهاية درامية وصادمة داخل قاعة محكمة الجنايات الكويتية، فالقضية التي أثارت ضجة عارمة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لم تمر مرور الكرام.
وأصدرت المحكمة برئاسة المستشار الدكتور خالد العميرة حكماً حازماً يقضي بـ:
- السجن 7 سنوات مع الشغل والنفاذ لكل من الفتاة ووالدها.
- غرامة مالية ضخمة وصادمة بلغت 1.5 مليون دينار كويتي، كعقوبة رادعة، وإلزامهما برد الأموال والمزايا التي تم الاستيلاء عليها دون وجه حق طوال تلك السنوات.

At that time, a man and his daughter (of Gulf nationality) managed to concoct a devilish plan, as they forged official documents to register the girl as the daughter of a Kuwaiti citizen. Ironically, this citizen was already deceased!
Based on this "dead name," the accused gained access to Kuwait's financial treasury, obtaining:
- Continuous monthly salaries for decades.
- A full pension.
- A government house designated for citizens.
- Countless government benefits and privileges.
The Mystery Unveiled and the Curtain Falls
For a full 30 years, the accused lived behind this mask without anyone suspecting them. However, as the saying goes: "There is no perfect crime," as after lengthy and secret investigations conducted by the Kuwaiti authorities, a thin thread fell into the hands of the investigators, leading them to trace old documents, revealing a surprise that bewildered the security agencies. The girl who lived as a Kuwaiti citizen and enjoyed all these benefits was nothing but an identity thief!
The conclusion was dramatic and shocking inside the Kuwaiti criminal court, as the case that stirred a massive uproar on social media did not go unnoticed.
The court, presided over by Counselor Dr. Khaled Al-Omaira, issued a firm ruling that included:
- 7 years of imprisonment with hard labor for both the girl and her father.
- A huge and shocking financial fine amounting to 1.5 million Kuwaiti dinars, as a deterrent penalty, and obliging them to return the funds and benefits that were wrongfully obtained over those years.
