وسط تواصل المساعي والجهود الباكستانية لحل الخلافات بين واشنطن وطهران، أفصحت مصادر مطلعة عن مسودة اتفاق مرتقب في حال الموافقة عليه بين الجانبين.
وحسب مصادر قناتي «العربية/الحدث»، اليوم الجمعة، فإن المسودة تضمنت 9 بنود، شملت وقفا فوريا وشاملا وغير مشروط لإطلاق النار في كل الجبهات. ونصت على التزام الجانبين بعدم استهداف البنية العسكرية أو المدنية أو الاقتصادية. ولفتت المصادر إلى وقف العمليات العسكرية ووقف الحرب الإعلامية أيضاً.
وتضمنت المسودة احترام السيادة والسلامة الإقليمية وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية، وضمان حرية الملاحة بالخليج العربي ومضيق هرمز وبحر عُمان. وتضمنت أيضا إنشاء آلية مشتركة للمراقبة وحل النزاعات. ونصت على بدء المفاوضات بشأن القضايا العالقة خلال 7 أيام، على أن يبدأ رفع العقوبات الأمريكية تدريجياً مقابل التزام إيران بالشروط.
وشددت المسودة على تأكيد الالتزام بالقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
وكانت طهران قدمت هذا الأسبوع مقترحا جديدا للولايات المتحدة، لكن تضمن تكرارا لبنود سبق أن رفضها الرئيس الأمربكي دونالد ترمب من قبل، وتشمل السيطرة على مضيق هرمز ودفع تعويضات عن أضرار الحرب وإلغاء كل العقوبات الأمريكية والإفراج عن كامل الأصول والأموال الإيرانية المجمدة في الخارج.
يذكر أن الوسيط الباكستاني سلم قبل أيام قليلة الرد الأمريكي على هذا المقترح إلى طهران، التي أعلنت أمس أنها تعكف على دراسته.
ويزور وزير الداخلية الباكستاني محسن نقوي العاصمة الإيرانية والتقى بوقت سابق اليوم وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي للمرة الثانية.
Amid ongoing Pakistani efforts to resolve the disputes between Washington and Tehran, informed sources revealed a draft agreement that is expected to be approved by both sides.
According to sources from Al Arabiya/Al Hadath channels, today, Friday, the draft includes 9 points, which encompass an immediate, comprehensive, and unconditional ceasefire on all fronts. It stipulates that both sides commit to not targeting military, civilian, or economic infrastructure. The sources noted the cessation of military operations and also the halt of the media war.
The draft included respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, non-interference in internal affairs, and ensuring freedom of navigation in the Arabian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, and the Sea of Oman. It also included the establishment of a joint mechanism for monitoring and resolving disputes. It stipulated the commencement of negotiations on outstanding issues within 7 days, with the gradual lifting of American sanctions in exchange for Iran's commitment to the terms.
The draft emphasized the commitment to international law and the United Nations Charter.
Tehran presented a new proposal to the United States this week, but it included a repetition of points that had previously been rejected by American President Donald Trump, including control over the Strait of Hormuz, compensation for war damages, the cancellation of all American sanctions, and the release of all frozen Iranian assets and funds abroad.
It is worth mentioning that the Pakistani mediator delivered the American response to this proposal to Tehran a few days ago, which announced yesterday that it is currently studying it.
The Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi is visiting the Iranian capital and met earlier today with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi for the second time.
