باشرت أمانة محافظة جدة، اليوم، أعمال إشعارات الإخلاء لـ 129 مبنى آيلاً للسقوط في نطاق حي غليل، ضمن جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز مستوى السلامة العامة وحماية الأرواح والممتلكات من المخاطر المرتبطة بالمباني المتهالكة.

وأوضحت الأمانة، أن الفرق المختصة في الإدارة العامة للطوارئ والأزمات بدأت تنفيذ الإشعارات الميدانية للمباني المشمولة بالإجراء، تمهيداً لاستكمال الإجراءات النظامية المعتمدة بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.

ويأتي ذلك ضمن برنامج الأمانة لمعالجة المباني الآيلة للسقوط بالمحافظة، بعد تنفيذ مراحل سابقة شملت عدداً من الأحياء، بينها الفيصلية، الربوة، الفاروق، والرويس، من خلال الرصد الميداني واستكمال الإجراءات النظامية للحالات التي تستوجب المعالجة.

وأكدت الأمانة، استمرار الإجراءات النظامية المعتمدة، بدءاً من رصد وتوثيق حالة المباني، مروراً بإشعار الملاك ومنحهم المهلة النظامية، وصولاً إلى اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لمعالجة أوضاعها وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها، وأنها مستمرة في تعزيز السلامة العامة وحماية الأرواح والممتلكات، ومعالجة أوضاع المباني المتهالكة التي تشكّل خطراً على السكان والمحيط العمراني.

The Jeddah Governorate Municipality has today commenced evacuation notices for 129 buildings at risk of collapse within the Ghalil neighborhood, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance public safety and protect lives and property from the dangers associated with dilapidated buildings.

The municipality clarified that the specialized teams in the General Administration for Emergencies and Crises have started implementing field notices for the buildings included in the procedure, in preparation for completing the approved regulatory procedures in coordination with the relevant authorities.

This action is part of the municipality's program to address buildings at risk of collapse in the governorate, following previous phases that included several neighborhoods, such as Al-Faisaliah, Al-Rabwa, Al-Farouq, and Al-Ruwais, through field monitoring and completing the regulatory procedures for cases that require intervention.

The municipality confirmed the continuation of the approved regulatory procedures, starting with monitoring and documenting the condition of the buildings, notifying the owners and granting them the regulatory grace period, and reaching the necessary steps to address their situations in accordance with the applicable regulations. It is committed to enhancing public safety and protecting lives and property, as well as addressing the conditions of dilapidated buildings that pose a danger to residents and the surrounding urban environment.
