- سعيد الناصري (رئيس نادي الوداد الرياضي السابق ومجلس عمالة الدار البيضاء): أُدين وحُكم عليه بالسجن 10 سنوات نافذة بتهم زلزلت منصات التواصل شملت التزوير، استغلال النفوذ، والنصب، وتجارة المخدرات الدولية.
- بلقاسم.م (البرماني السابق): نال عقوبة السجن 10 سنوات.
- عبد الرحيم بعيوي (شقيق رئيس جهة الشرق): عوقب بالسجن 9 سنوات، بينما توزعت عقوبات بقية المتهمين العشرين (بينهم ضابط شرطة وموثقة ومصممة أزياء) بين سنتين و10 سنوات.
غرامة مالية فلكية
المفاجأة الصاعقة التي حبست أنفاس المتابعين لم تكن فقط في مدد السجن المديدة، بل في الأرقام المالية المرعبة والمصادرات التي فرضتها المحكمة على المدانين:
- 4 مليارات درهم تعويضاً تضامنياً عن شحنة تهريب قياسية بلغت 200 طن من مخدر الحشيش «الشيرا»!
- 800 مليون درهم تعويضاً عن شحنة 40 طناً، و300 مليون درهم عن شحنة 15 طناً، و200 مليون درهم عن 10 أطنان.
- 1.47 مليار درهم أُلزم بها أحد المتهمين في ملف تهريب الذهب لمخالفته قانوني الجمارك والصرف.
- مليون درهم تعويضاً يُدفع تضامنياً لصالح «إسكوبار الصحراء» أحمد بن إبراهيم بعدما اتهم شركاءه بالسطو على ممتلكاته وعقاراته بالدار البيضاء.
وتعود جذور هذا الكابوس السياسي والمالي إلى ديسمبر 2023، عندما أطلقت السلطات المغربية تحقيقات واسعة فككت خلالها التحالف السري الصادم بين سلطة المال والنفوذ وعالم تهريب المخدرات العابر للحدود. ورغم إسدال الستار على هذه الجولة، إلا أن القضية مرشحة لمزيد من الإثارة مع توجه الملف نحو محاكم الطعن الأعلى بالدولة.

- 1 million dirhams in compensation to be paid jointly to "Desert Escobar" Ahmed Ben Ibrahim after he accused his partners of seizing his properties and real estate in Casablanca.
