أكد رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية القطري الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن آل ثاني، رفض دولة قطر للاعتداءات التي استهدفت السفن التجارية في مضيق هرمز، رغم أجواء التهدئة والجهود المبذولة لخفض التصعيد في المنطقة، مؤكداً في اتصال هاتفي مع وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي أن مثل هذه الأعمال من شأنها تقويض الثقة، وتهديد أمن الملاحة الدولية، والإضرار بالجهود الرامية إلى ترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار الإقليميين، وفقاً لوكالة الأنباء القطرية «قنا».
وشدد آل ثاني في حديثه لعراقجي على ضرورة التزام كافة الأطراف بالحوار والدبلوماسية، وتنفيذ ما تم التوافق عليه في إطار مذكرة التفاهم، بما يسهم في الحفاظ على أمن المنطقة، وصون المكتسبات التي تحققت، وتعزيز الاستقرار الإقليمي.
وجدد رئيس الوزراء القطري دعم دولة قطر لجميع المساعي الرامية إلى احتواء التصعيد والتوصل إلى اتفاق شامل يُسهم في ترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار، ويحقق السلام المستدام في المنطقة.

في غضون ذلك، أكد حاكم مدينة إيرانشهر بمقتل أحد موظفي إدارة الأرصاد الجوية خلال الهجوم الأمريكي على مطار المدينة، فيما قال المتحدث باسم وزارة الصحة الإيرانية، إن الهجمات الأمريكية يومي 8 و9 يوليو استهدفت 5 محافظات إيرانية وأسفرت عن مقتل 14 شخصا وإصابة 78 آخرين حتى الآن.
في غضون ذلك، قالت شركة سكك الحديد الإيرانية إن حركة القطارات في مسار طهران إلى مشهد توقفت مؤقتا بعد الهجوم الأمريكي الصهيوني فجر اليوم على إحدى نقاط هذا المسار، موضحة أن الفرق التقنية توجد في موقع الحادث وتواصل أعمال إصلاح الجزء المتضرر لإعادة تشغيل الخط في أسرع وقت.
وأشارت إلى أنه جرى اتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة لنقل ركاب المسار المتوقف إلى مدينة مشهد عن طريق الحافلات.

Meanwhile, the governor of Iranshahr confirmed the death of one employee of the meteorological administration during the American attack on the city's airport, while the spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Health stated that the American attacks on July 8 and 9 targeted five Iranian provinces and resulted in the deaths of 14 people and injuries to 78 others so far.
In the meantime, the Iranian Railways Company announced that train services on the Tehran to Mashhad route were temporarily halted following the American-Zionist attack early today on one of the points along this route, explaining that technical teams are on-site and continuing repair work on the damaged section to resume operations as soon as possible.
It also indicated that necessary arrangements have been made to transport passengers from the halted route to the city of Mashhad by bus.
