واصل الدكتور محمد بن سلمان الغامدي مسيرته العلمية بإضافة إنجاز أكاديمي جديد إلى سجله، بعد حصوله على درجة الماجستير الثانية في إدارة واقتصاديات الأوقاف من معهد الاقتصاد الإسلامي بجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز، عن رسالته العلمية الموسومة: «دور التوازن التنظيمي في الحد من الصراعات الإدارية في المؤسسات الوقفية: دراسة استطلاعية».
وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التوازن التنظيمي في المؤسسات الوقفية، وقياس أثره في الحد من الصراعات الإدارية، من خلال استجلاء مستوى الممارسات المرتبطة بأبعاد التوازن التنظيمي، وصولاً إلى تقديم توصيات علمية تسهم في تعزيز كفاءة العمل المؤسسي، وترشيد إدارة الصراعات، ودعم استدامة المؤسسات الوقفية ورفع فاعليتها بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات التنمية.
ويأتي هذا الإنجاز امتدادًا لمسيرة أكاديمية متميزة، حيث سبق للدكتور الغامدي الحصول على درجة الدكتوراه في التربية (الإدارة والتخطيط) من جامعة أم القرى بتقدير ممتاز مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى، مع التوصية بطباعة الرسالة وتداولها بين الجامعات، كما حصل قبل ذلك على درجة الماجستير في الإدارة والتخطيط من الجامعة نفسها، بتقدير ممتاز مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى، إلى جانب درجة البكالوريوس في التوجيه والإرشاد.
ويمتلك الدكتور الغامدي خبرة مهنية تتجاوز عشرين عامًا في الإدارة التنفيذية والتطوير المؤسسي والموارد البشرية والقطاع غير الربحي، تقلد خلالها عددًا من المناصب القيادية في تعليم جدة، وفي عدد من الجهات، من أبرزها المدير التنفيذي لوقف المودة الخيري، والمدير التنفيذي لجمعية رعاية المساجد بمحافظة جدة، إلى جانب قيادته لعدد من الإدارات في القطاعين التعليمي وغير الربحي، وإسهاماته في بناء الأنظمة والحوكمة والتخطيط الإستراتيجي.
كما يحمل العديد من الشهادات المهنية المتخصصة، وشارك في عشرات البرامج التدريبية في مجالات الحوكمة والأوقاف والقيادة والجودة والتطوير المؤسسي، فضلاً عن عضويته في عدد من الجمعيات والجهات الخيرية.
ويجسد هذا الإنجاز العلمي الجديد اهتمام الدكتور محمد بن سلمان الغامدي بربط البحث العلمي بالتطبيق العملي، وتقديم حلول إدارية تسهم في تطوير المؤسسات الوقفية، وتعزيز كفاءتها التنظيمية، وتمكينها من أداء رسالتها التنموية بكفاءة واستدامة.
Dr. Mohammed bin Salman Al-Ghamdi continued his academic journey by adding a new academic achievement to his record, after obtaining his second master's degree in Management and Economics of Endowments from the Institute of Islamic Economics at King Abdulaziz University, for his thesis titled: "The Role of Organizational Balance in Reducing Administrative Conflicts in Endowment Institutions: An Exploratory Study."
The study aimed to identify the reality of organizational balance in endowment institutions and measure its impact on reducing administrative conflicts, by exploring the level of practices related to the dimensions of organizational balance, ultimately leading to providing scientific recommendations that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of institutional work, rationalizing conflict management, and supporting the sustainability of endowment institutions and increasing their effectiveness in line with development goals.
This achievement comes as an extension of a distinguished academic career, as Dr. Al-Ghamdi previously obtained a Ph.D. in Education (Management and Planning) from Umm Al-Qura University with an excellent grade and first-class honors, with a recommendation to print the thesis and circulate it among universities. He also obtained a master's degree in Management and Planning from the same university, with an excellent grade and first-class honors, in addition to a bachelor's degree in Guidance and Counseling.
Dr. Al-Ghamdi has over twenty years of professional experience in executive management, institutional development, human resources, and the non-profit sector, during which he held several leadership positions in Jeddah Education and in various organizations, most notably as the Executive Director of the Al-Mawaddah Charity Endowment and the Executive Director of the Mosque Care Association in Jeddah, along with leading several departments in both the educational and non-profit sectors, and his contributions to building systems, governance, and strategic planning.
He also holds numerous specialized professional certificates and has participated in dozens of training programs in the fields of governance, endowments, leadership, quality, and institutional development, in addition to his membership in several associations and charitable organizations.
This new academic achievement embodies Dr. Mohammed bin Salman Al-Ghamdi's interest in linking scientific research with practical application, and providing administrative solutions that contribute to the development of endowment institutions, enhance their organizational efficiency, and enable them to perform their developmental mission effectively and sustainably.
