في واحدة من أكثر قضايا الرأي العام البريطاني بشاعة وقسوة، أصدرت محكمة «هوف كراون» أحكاماً صارمة بالسجن لمدد تتجاوز بمجموعها الـ60 عاماً بحق ثلاثة من طالبي اللجوء (مصريان وإيراني)، بعد إدانتهم بارتكاب اعتداء وحشي مكرر ضد امرأة على شاطئ «برايتون» الشهير.
الجريمة التي وقعت تفاصيلها الصادمة في أكتوبر من عام 2025، لم تتوقف بشاعتها عند حد الاعتداء الجسدي، بل امتدت لتكشف عن برود دم غريب من الجناة الذين واصلوا يومهم وكأن شيئاً لم يكن!
وحوش في الظلام.. كيف تم اصطياد الضحية؟
كشفت تحقيقات الشرطة البريطانية وتفاصيل المحاكمة التي نشرتها صحيفة «التلغراف» الكواليس المرعبة لـ«رحلة صيد» بشرية خطط لها المتهمون الثلاثة:
- البحث عن فريسة: خرج المتهمون الثلاثة في تلك الليلة بهدف محدد وهو البحث عن نساء لاستغلالهن.
- استغلال الضعف: رصد المتهمون الضحية وهي في حالة سكر شديد وعجز تام عن الدفاع عن نفسها أو الوعي بما يدور حولها، بعد أن انفصلت عن أصدقائها عقب ليلة قضتها في التنزه.
- الاعتداء والتصوير: تناوب اثنان من المتهمين على اغتصاب الضحية، بينما تولى المتهم الثالث دوراً لا يقل بشاعة، حيث قام بتصوير الاعتداء بالهاتف وتشجيع زملائه، وسط ممارسات ممعنة في الإهانة شملت الركل والبصق والتعنيف الجسدي واللفظي.
أكثر ما أثار ذهول المحققين والقضاة في هذه القضية هو السلوك الاجتماعي للمتهمين عقب ارتكاب الجريمة؛ إذ تشير السجلات إلى أن الثلاثة استقلوا الحافلة العامة وعادوا إلى فندقهم المخصص لطالبي اللجوء قرب «هورشام» بشكل طبيعي. وهناك أقاموا في اليوم نفسه حفلة شواء صاخبة وشاركوا فيها ببهجة وكأن شيئاً لم يحدث على الشاطئ قبل ساعات!
وخلال النطق بالحكم، وجهت القاضية كريستين هينسون كلمات قاسية ومباشرة للمتهمين قائلة: «شارك كل منكم في اعتداء افتراسي وقاس للغاية استهدف امرأة. لقد عاملتموها جميعاً باحتقار، ولعب كل منكم دوراً في الحط من كرامتها بأبشع صورة ممكنة».
وجاءت الأحكام القضائية لتردع الجناة رداً على إنكارهم المستمر للتهم طوال أسابيع المحاكمة:
- المتهم الإيراني والمصري الأول (المنفذان): السجن لمدة 21 عاماً لكل منهما.
- المتهم المصري الثاني (المصور والمشجع): السجن لمدة 18 عاماً ونصف العام.
ومع هذه الأحكام الثقيلة، أعلنت الحكومة البريطانية رسمياً نيتها ترحيل المدانين الثلاثة خارج البلاد فور انتهائهم من قضاء العقوبة السجنية خلف القضبان. بينما أكدت الضحية في رسالة مؤثرة تليت أمام المحكمة أن هذا الاعتداء الوحشي قد دمر مسار حياتها بالكامل، مخلفاً وراءه ندوباً وآثاراً نفسية عميقة سترافقها ما حييت، لتطوى بذلك واحدة من أبشع صفحات الاعتداءات في الذاكرة البريطانية الحديثة.
In one of the most horrific and brutal public opinion cases in Britain, the "Hove Crown" court issued strict prison sentences totaling over 60 years against three asylum seekers (two Egyptians and one Iranian), after they were convicted of committing a repeated brutal assault against a woman on the famous "Brighton" beach.
The crime, which had shocking details that emerged in October 2025, did not stop at the physical assault; it extended to reveal a strange cold-bloodedness from the perpetrators who continued their day as if nothing had happened!
Monsters in the Dark.. How Was the Victim Trapped?
British police investigations and trial details published by "The Telegraph" revealed the terrifying behind-the-scenes of a "hunting trip" planned by the three defendants:
- Searching for a Prey: The three defendants went out that night with a specific goal of looking for women to exploit.
- Exploiting Vulnerability: The defendants spotted the victim in a state of severe intoxication and complete inability to defend herself or be aware of her surroundings, after she had separated from her friends following a night out.
- Assault and Filming: Two of the defendants took turns raping the victim, while the third defendant played an equally horrific role by filming the assault on his phone and encouraging his companions, amidst degrading practices that included kicking, spitting, and physical and verbal abuse.
What shocked investigators and judges the most in this case was the social behavior of the defendants after committing the crime; records indicate that the three took a public bus and returned to their asylum-seeker hotel near "Horsham" normally. There, they held a loud barbecue party on the same day and participated joyfully as if nothing had happened on the beach just hours before!
During the sentencing, Judge Christine Hinson delivered harsh and direct words to the defendants, saying: "Each of you participated in a predatory and extremely brutal assault targeting a woman. You all treated her with contempt, and each of you played a role in degrading her dignity in the most horrific way possible."
The judicial sentences came to deter the perpetrators in response to their continuous denial of the charges throughout the weeks of the trial:
- The Iranian defendant and the first Egyptian (the executors): 21 years in prison for each.
- The second Egyptian defendant (the filmer and encourager): 18 and a half years in prison.
With these heavy sentences, the British government officially announced its intention to deport the three convicts outside the country as soon as they finish serving their prison sentences. Meanwhile, the victim, in an emotional message read in court, stated that this brutal assault had completely destroyed the course of her life, leaving behind deep scars and psychological effects that would accompany her for life, thus closing one of the most horrific chapters of assaults in modern British memory.
