أعلن الاتحاد المغربي لكرة القدم، اليوم (الخميس)، تجديد ثقته في مدرب المنتخب الأول محمد وهبي، بعد وداع بطولة كأس العالم 2026 من الدور ربع النهائي على يد فرنسا بنتيجة 2-0.
قال الاتحاد المغربي في بيان عقب اجتماع مجلس إدارته برئاسة فوزي لقجع، إن الاتحاد قرر تجديد الثقة في محمد وهبي لمواصلة مهامه مدرباً لمنتخب المغرب.
لقجع يشيد بروح اللاعبين
أكد فوزي لقجع أن جميع لاعبي المنتخب المغربي بذلوا أقصى ما في وسعهم دفاعاً عن قميص المنتخب، وتحلوا بروح المسؤولية الوطنية والالتزام في تمثيل المغرب بأفضل صورة.
أعرب لقجع عن استغرابه من التشكيك في التزام اللاعبين أو التقليل من المجهودات التي بذلوها خلال هذه المنافسة العالمية، رغم ما قدموه من أداء يعكس روحهم الوطنية وحرصهم على تشريف كرة القدم المغربية.
دعوة لحماية المنتخب من الإشاعات
دعا مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المغربي لكرة القدم إلى ضرورة حماية المنتخب من الإشاعات المغرضة والمغالطات، وإبعاده عن أي حسابات ضيقة، بما يضمن توفير الأجواء المناسبة لمواصلة العمل وتحقيق المزيد من الإنجازات.
