نفّذت أمانة محافظة جدة حملتين رقابيتين جنوب المحافظة ووسطها، وضبطت 3,699 قطعة تحمل شعارات أندية وعلامات تجارية مقلدة قبل وصولها إلى الأسواق، ضمن جهودها المتواصلة لرصد الأنشطة غير النظامية.
مصادرة 19 جهازاً ومعدة
وأوضح المدير العام لرصد ومعالجة الظواهر السلبية ياسر بن سراج بخش أن الحملتين أسفرتا عن ضبط وإتلاف كامل الملابس المقلدة، ومصادرة 19 جهازًا ومعدة استُخدمت في أعمال الخياطة والتطريز والطباعة والقص، إضافة إلى إحالة المخالفين إلى الجهات المختصة لاستكمال الإجراءات النظامية.
حملة مشتركة
ونفذت الفرق الميدانية، أمس، حملة مشتركة بنطاق بلدية الجامعة الفرعية، كشفت خلالها استغلال غرفتين داخل موقع سكني لأعمال الخياطة والتطريز وطباعة العلامات التجارية المقلدة وتركيبها على الملابس، وأسفرت عن ضبط وإتلاف 1,029 قطعة مقلدة، ومصادرة ثمانية أجهزة ومعدات شملت ماكينات للتطريز والخياطة والطباعة والقص، فيما سُلّمت 850 قطعة خالية من الشعارات إلى جمعية حفظ النعمة «استدامة» للاستفادة منها.
وامتدت أعمال المتابعة إلى موقع آخر داخل شقة بعمارة سكنية تجارية استُغلت لممارسة النشاط المخالف، وضبطت 2,670 قطعة تحمل علامات تجارية مقلدة، وأُتلفت بالكامل بحضور الجهات المختصة.
ونُفذت الحملتان بدعم بلديتي الجامعة والعزيزية الفرعيتين ومشاركة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، ووزارة التجارة، والدفاع المدني، والهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية، إلى جانب فرق الضبط الميداني. وأكدت أمانة محافظة جدة استمرار أعمال الرقابة الميدانية لتعزيز الامتثال ورفع كفاءة الأداء الرقابي، والحد من الأنشطة المخالفة التي تستغل المواقع السكنية، بما يسهم في حماية المستهلك وتحقيق بيئة آمنة للسكان والزوار.
The Jeddah Municipality carried out two monitoring campaigns in the southern and central parts of the city, seizing 3,699 items bearing logos of clubs and counterfeit trademarks before they reached the markets, as part of its ongoing efforts to monitor irregular activities.
Seizure of 19 devices and equipment
The Director General for Monitoring and Addressing Negative Phenomena, Yasser bin Siraj Baksh, stated that the campaigns resulted in the seizure and destruction of all counterfeit clothing, as well as the confiscation of 19 devices and equipment used in sewing, embroidery, printing, and cutting, in addition to referring the violators to the relevant authorities to complete the legal procedures.
Joint Campaign
Field teams conducted a joint campaign yesterday within the jurisdiction of the Al-Jamia sub-municipality, during which they uncovered the exploitation of two rooms within a residential site for sewing, embroidery, and printing counterfeit trademarks and affixing them to clothing. This resulted in the seizure and destruction of 1,029 counterfeit items, and the confiscation of eight devices and equipment, including embroidery, sewing, printing, and cutting machines. Meanwhile, 850 items free of logos were handed over to the "Sustaining" charity for utilization.
Monitoring efforts extended to another location inside an apartment in a commercial residential building that was exploited for illegal activities, where 2,670 items bearing counterfeit trademarks were seized and completely destroyed in the presence of the relevant authorities.
The two campaigns were carried out with the support of the Al-Jamia and Al-Aziziyah sub-municipalities, with the participation of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Ministry of Commerce, the Civil Defense, and the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, alongside field monitoring teams. The Jeddah Municipality confirmed the continuation of field monitoring efforts to enhance compliance, improve regulatory performance, and reduce illegal activities that exploit residential areas, contributing to consumer protection and creating a safe environment for residents and visitors.
