اختتمت هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة برنامجها المكثف في الترجمة الفورية (ترجمة المؤتمرات)، خلال حفل أقيم في الرياض، بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز الواصل، والمدير العام للإدارة العامة للترجمة الدكتورة هيلة الخلف، إلى جانب نخبة من الخبراء والمثقفين وممثلي الجهات الثقافية، وجرى تكريم المتدربين المشاركين بعد رحلة تدريبية امتدت ستة أشهر.

وجسد البرنامج إحدى المبادرات النوعية التي تتبناها الهيئة لبناء كوادر وطنية مؤهلة في مجال الترجمة الفورية، عبر مسار تدريبي احترافي يجمع بين التأصيل العلمي والتطبيق العملي، ويواكب المعايير الدولية في إعداد مترجمي المؤتمرات، بما يعزز جاهزية الكفاءات السعودية للعمل في المحافل الدولية والبيئات الدبلوماسية.

وركز البرنامج على تنمية المهارات اللغوية والاحترافية للمشاركين، من خلال تدريبات متقدمة في تقنيات الترجمة الفورية، ومحاكاة واقعية لبيئات المؤتمرات، والتعامل مع الخطابات الدبلوماسية والنصوص المتخصصة، إلى جانب توظيف أحدث التقنيات والأنظمة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يسهم في رفع مستوى الدقة والكفاءة المهنية.

وسجل البرنامج حصيلة تدريبية متميزة بلغت 360 ساعة موزعة على 120 يوماً تدريبياً، بإشراف سبعة مدربين خبراء، استفاد منها 22 متدرباً ومتدربة. كما تضمن مرحلة تدريب دولية متقدمة اشتملت على 45 ساعة تدريبية خلال 20 يوماً، قادها ثلاثة خبراء، وشارك فيها 12 متدرباً ومتدربة، في تجربة عززت من جاهزيتهم المهنية وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية.

ويأتي هذا البرنامج امتداداً لجهود هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة في تمكين المترجمين، وتوطين المهارات التخصصية الدقيقة، وترسيخ مكانة الترجمة بوصفها جسراً للحوار الحضاري والتبادل الثقافي، بما يدعم حضور المملكة في المشهد الثقافي العالمي، ويرفد مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 بكفاءات وطنية قادرة على المنافسة والتميز في المحافل الدولية.

The Saudi Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority concluded its intensive program in simultaneous interpretation (conference translation) during a ceremony held in Riyadh, attended by the Authority's CEO, Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz Al-Wasel, the General Director of the General Administration of Translation, Dr. Haila Al-Khalaf, along with a selection of experts, intellectuals, and representatives from cultural entities. The participating trainees were honored after a training journey that lasted six months.

The program embodied one of the qualitative initiatives adopted by the Authority to build qualified national cadres in the field of simultaneous interpretation, through a professional training pathway that combines scientific foundations and practical application, aligning with international standards in preparing conference interpreters, thereby enhancing the readiness of Saudi competencies to work in international forums and diplomatic environments.

The program focused on developing the linguistic and professional skills of the participants through advanced training in simultaneous interpretation techniques, realistic simulations of conference environments, and handling diplomatic speeches and specialized texts, in addition to employing the latest technologies and systems supported by artificial intelligence, which contributes to raising the level of accuracy and professional efficiency.

The program recorded an outstanding training outcome of 360 hours distributed over 120 training days, supervised by seven expert trainers, benefiting 22 male and female trainees. It also included an advanced international training phase comprising 45 training hours over 20 days, led by three experts, with 12 male and female trainees participating, in an experience that enhanced their professional readiness according to the best global practices.

This program is an extension of the efforts of the Saudi Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority in empowering translators, localizing precise specialized skills, and establishing the position of translation as a bridge for civilizational dialogue and cultural exchange, supporting the Kingdom's presence in the global cultural scene, and contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 with national competencies capable of competing and excelling in international forums.
