كشفت حملة مشتركة قادتها أمانة جدة محلًا داخل محطة وقود، اتضح أنه يُستغل كمعمل كبير لإنتاج المخبوزات والبسكويت دون تراخيص وبكميات جاهزة للتوزيع و جرى استلام الحالة لوجود اشتباه في تستر تجاري واستكمال الإجراءات النظامية. كما وقفت ذات الفرق الميدانية على شقة داخل عمارة تُستَغل كمعمل لتحضير الحلويات في ظروف غير صحية، و تم ضبط 650 كيلوجرامًا من الحلويات التالفة، إضافة إلى 2,160 بيضة لا تحمل بيانات أو تواريخ صلاحية.
وكانت أمانة جدة نظمت حملة موسعة على عدد من من المواقع العشوائية التي تُمارس أنشطة مخالفة تتمثل في تخزين وبيع مواد غذائية فاسدة، وتشغيل معامل غير نظامية لتحضير الحلويات والمخبوزات، وبلغ إجمالي الكميات التي جرى إتلافها 5,250 كيلوجرامًا.
مخاطر على الصحة
أوضح المدير العام لرصد ومعالجة الظواهر السلبية بالأمانة ياسر بخش أن الفرق الميدانية بمشاركة بلدية أم السلم الفرعية وفريق إجادة التابعَين للأمانة، وعددًا من الجهات ذات العلاقة تشمل هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، ووزارة التجارة، والهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء، والضبط الميداني، والدفاع المدني، وقفت على مواقع متصلة جنوب المحافظة تضم أنشطة تُدار بطرق عشوائية، وتُشكِّل خطرًا على الصحة العامة وسلامة المستهلك.
وأشار إلى أن الفرق رصدت مستودعًا عشوائيًا يُستخدم لتخزين وبيع مواد غذائية مجهولة المصدر تظهر عليها علامات التلف، داخل 11 ثلاجة كبيرة، و جرى إتلاف 3,850 كيلوجرامًا من المواد الفاسدة، إضافة إلى ضبط عيادة طبية غير نظامية داخل غرفة سكنية تُمارس فيها أعمال طبية من قبل شخص مجهول الهوية.
وتابعت الفرق أعمالها في موقع عشوائي ثانٍ داخل مربع سكني، عُثر بداخله على 4 ثلاجات كبيرة تحوي مواد فاسدة مشابهة لما تم ضبطه سابقًا، حيث جرى إتلاف 1,400 كيلوجرامٍ إضافية.

The case was handed over due to suspicions of commercial concealment, and legal procedures are being completed. The same field teams also discovered an apartment within a building being used as a factory for preparing sweets under unhealthy conditions, where 650 kilograms of spoiled sweets were seized, in addition to 2,160 eggs that lacked labeling or expiration dates.

Health Risks
The General Director for Monitoring and Addressing Negative Phenomena at the municipality, Yasser Baksh, stated that the field teams, in collaboration with the Al-Salam Sub-Municipality and the Ijada team affiliated with the municipality, along with several relevant entities including the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Authority for Food and Drug, field control, and civil defense, monitored sites connected to the southern part of the governorate that included activities managed in random ways, posing a risk to public health and consumer safety.
He pointed out that the teams identified a random warehouse used for storing and selling food products of unknown origin showing signs of spoilage, inside 11 large refrigerators, leading to the destruction of 3,850 kilograms of spoiled materials, in addition to the seizure of an unlicensed medical clinic inside a residential room where medical practices were being conducted by an unidentified individual.
The teams continued their work at a second random site within a residential block, where they found 4 large refrigerators containing spoiled materials similar to those previously seized, resulting in the destruction of an additional 1,400 kilograms.
