كشف تقرير صادر عن مركز مشاريع البنية التحتية بمنطقة الرياض لأداء الجهات الخدمية لشهر فبراير 2026، استمرار الزخم الكبير في تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية وتوسيع نطاق الأعمال في مواقع حيوية متعددة بمدينة الرياض.

وأوضح التقرير، أن المركز أصدر 36,337 رخصة منذ بداية العام، فيما بلغ عدد الرخص النشطة 9,526 رخصة، وهو ما يعكس حجم النشاط المتواصل في مشاريع التطوير. كما بيّن، أن أطوال الطرق المتأثرة بالأعمال بلغت 783 كيلومترًا، في مؤشر واضح على اتساع نطاق مشاريع تحسين شبكات الطرق والخدمات الأساسية.

وفي جانب البلاغات، سجّل المركز 49,488 بلاغًا منذ بداية العام، بينها 7,000 بلاغ خلال فبراير. وتصدّرت بلاغات تجمعات المياه بنسبة 36%، تلتها بلاغات الهبوطات بنسبة 27%، ثم البلاغات الأخرى بنسبة 32%، بينما شكّلت بلاغات الحفر المخالف نسبة 5%.

كما أشار التقرير إلى إصدار 16,000 ترخيص لأعمال البنية التحتية خلال فبراير، ضمن جهود تعزيز الامتثال للمعايير والاشتراطات التنظيمية. ورصدت الفرق الميدانية عددًا من المخالفات في مواقع المشاريع، أبرزها نقص وسائل السلامة التحذيرية وعدم الالتزام بنظافة مواقع العمل، ما يستدعي رفع مستوى الانضباط لضمان سلامة العاملين والمارة وتحسين جودة التنفيذ.

وأكد المركز، أن هذه التقارير الدورية تُعد أداة مهمة لتعزيز الشفافية، وتوفير مؤشرات تشغيلية دقيقة تدعم صناع القرار، وتسهم في رفع جودة تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على المشهد الحضري وجودة الحياة في منطقة الرياض.

A report issued by the Infrastructure Projects Center in the Riyadh region regarding the performance of service entities for February 2026 revealed a continued strong momentum in the implementation of infrastructure projects and the expansion of operations in multiple vital locations in the city of Riyadh.

The report clarified that the center has issued 36,337 licenses since the beginning of the year, with the number of active licenses reaching 9,526, reflecting the ongoing activity in development projects. It also indicated that the lengths of roads affected by the works reached 783 kilometers, a clear indicator of the expansion of projects aimed at improving road networks and essential services.

In terms of reports, the center recorded 49,488 reports since the beginning of the year, including 7,000 reports during February. Water accumulation reports topped the list at 36%, followed by subsidence reports at 27%, and other reports at 32%, while reports of illegal excavations constituted 5%.

The report also noted the issuance of 16,000 licenses for infrastructure works during February, as part of efforts to enhance compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. Field teams observed a number of violations at project sites, the most notable being a lack of warning safety measures and non-compliance with cleanliness at work sites, necessitating an increase in discipline to ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians and to improve the quality of execution.

The center emphasized that these periodic reports are an important tool to enhance transparency, provide accurate operational indicators that support decision-makers, and contribute to improving the quality of infrastructure project execution, positively reflecting on the urban landscape and quality of life in the Riyadh region.
