أكد وكيل وزارة الخارجية السعودية للدبلوماسية العامة السفير رائد قرملي، اليوم (الجمعة)، أن المملكة مستمرة في موقفها الداعم للتهدئة وتجنب التصعيد، ودعم المفاوضات والجهود المبذولة لخفض التوتر.
وحذر قرملي في تدوينة على «إكس»: «مما يُنسب إعلامياً لمصادر مجهولة، بعضها يُزعم أنها سعودية، بما يتعارض مع هذا الموقف».
وكان وزير الخارجية السعودي الأمير فيصل بن فرحان، بحث مع نظيره الإيراني عباس عراقجي، خلال اتصال هاتفي، الأربعاء، آخر التطورات الإقليمية، والجهود المبذولة للحفاظ على أمن واستقرار المنطقة، حسبما أوردت الخارجية السعودية في بيان.
وذكرت وكالة الأنباء الإيرانية «إرنا» أن اتصال الوزيرين جرى خلال تواجد عراقجي في بكين للقاء مسؤولين صينيين وإجراء مشاورات.
وأفادت بأن الأمير فيصل بن فرحان وعراقجي «استعرضا آخر مسار التطورات الإقليمية، وأكدا استمرار النهج الدبلوماسي والتعاون بين دول المنطقة لمنع التصعيد».
وأجرى عراقجي محادثات مع نظيره الصيني وانج يي، في بكين، تناولت «العلاقات الثنائية وآخر التطورات الإقليمية والدولية»، وفق «إرنا».
ودعا وزير الخارجية الصيني أطراف الصراع في حرب إيران إلى «الاستجابة لنداءات المجتمع الدولي من أجل العبور الآمن في مضيق هرمز».
وقال وانج في مقطع فيديو خلال الاجتماع: «نعتقد أن التوصل إلى وقف شامل لإطلاق النار يمثل أولوية قصوى وعاجلة، وأن استئناف الأعمال القتالية غير مقبول، كما أن الالتزام بالحوار والمفاوضات يكتسب أهمية خاصة»، حسبما أوردت «أسوشيتد برس».

The Iranian news agency "IRNA" reported that the call between the two ministers took place while Araghchi was in Beijing to meet with Chinese officials and conduct consultations.
It stated that Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Araghchi "reviewed the latest developments in the region and affirmed the continuation of the diplomatic approach and cooperation among the countries in the region to prevent escalation."
Araghchi held talks with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Beijing, discussing "bilateral relations and the latest regional and international developments," according to "IRNA."
The Chinese Foreign Minister called on the parties involved in the war in Iran to "respond to the calls of the international community for safe passage in the Strait of Hormuz."
Wang said in a video clip during the meeting: "We believe that reaching a comprehensive ceasefire is a top and urgent priority, and that the resumption of hostilities is unacceptable, while commitment to dialogue and negotiations is of particular importance," as reported by the "Associated Press."
