The General Authority for Real Estate has announced the imminent end of the specified deadline for the first land registration for a number of neighborhoods in the Riyadh, Qassim, and Eastern regions, by the end of Thursday, 26 Rajab 1447 AH, corresponding to January 15, 2026 AD.

The Authority clarified that the land registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Al-Qwaiyyah Governorate in the Riyadh region: (Plan No. 1077, Plan No. 1051, Plan No. 359, Al-Qwaiyyah Sheep Market, Industrial, Al-Faidhah, Al-Zuhour, Plan No. 1039, Plan No. 985, Al-Awash, Umm Srah, Al-Hazm, Plan No. 517, Al-Daira, Plan No. 1045, Al-Jazirah, Al-Rabwa, Al-Salam, Plan No. 638, Al-Khalidiyah, Jafarat Al-Saadan, Plan 1029), and the registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Al-Rain Governorate: (Ushaira, Al-Muthna, Al-Naqi'ah, Al-Wusta, Abaliyah, Al-Qur'ah, Al-Rifa'a, Al-Wasita, Al-Amar, Al-Mu'ayzilah, Al-Mu'tala, Najd, Old Rain, Al-Gharibiyah, Al-Safaa, King Faisal, Al-Yarmouk, King Fahd, Qubayban, Al-Firdaws, Al-Shumoo', Al-Fath, Granada, Al-Hanu, Al-Riy'aniyah, Al-Raja', Al-Mu'taridah, Al-Hafouf, Al-Sha'ifan), while the registration will end for the following neighborhoods in Al-Majma'ah Governorate: (Housing, Industrial First, King Abdullah, Airport, Park, Al-Yarmouk), and the first land registration will also end for the following neighborhoods in Al-Aflaj Governorate: (Al-Wahid, Al-Izdihar, Prince Sultan, Al-Andalus, Al-Barqah, Al-Bakr, Municipal, Al-Dawa'ir, Industrial, Al-Tarf, Al-Fuhail, Al-Faiha and Al-Muthna, Al-Qaysiyah, Al-Marzouqiyah, Al-Masareer, Al-Musayf, King Abdullah, Al-Hilali, Al-Wada'een, Al-Wurood, Umm Srah, Khudra and Ashiran, Administrative East, Administrative West, Al-Ida'ah, Al-Ta'awun, Al-Tubad, University, Al-Jazirah, Al-Jafidriyah, Al-Rayan, Al-Salihiyah, Al-Aziziyah, Al-Uyoun, Al-Furusiya, Al-Faisaliyah, Al-Mubarraz, King Fahd, Al-Nuzhah, Al-Nahda, Al-Waha, Al-Yamamah, Al-Sahab, Al-Ghusaybah, Al-Khalidiyah, Al-Nakheel, Al-Muntazah), while the registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Al-Ghat Governorate: (Al-Arniyah, Al-Ghadir, Al-Murouj, Al-Nakheel, Al-Wurood, Al-Khuzama).

The registration for the following neighborhoods in the city of Buraidah in the Qassim region will also end: (Part of West Buraidah, Northwest Buraidah, Al-Aziziyah, Part of Al-Liwan, Part of Al-Qura'ah, Al-Bustan, Al-Jadidat, Part of Al-Aqiq neighborhood, Part of Al-Ghamas neighborhood, Part of Granada neighborhood, Part of Al-Basr neighborhood, Part of Khabb Rawdan neighborhood, Part of Al-Mulayda neighborhood, Part of Al-Sa'adah neighborhood, Part of Dharras Al-Janubiyah neighborhood, West Buraidah, Al-Tawasul, Al-Hanaa, Airport, Part of Al-Budur neighborhood, Part of Northeast Buraidah neighborhood, Part of Al-Aqilat neighborhood, Part of Northern Al-Hadiyah neighborhood, Part of Southern Al-Hadiyah neighborhood, Part of East Buraidah neighborhood, Al-Areefiyah, Asilan), in addition to (Al-Noor neighborhood, and an adjacent real estate area in Unaizah Governorate), and in the center of Qasr Bin Aqeel, the registration will end in the following neighborhoods: (Parts of Al-Musayf neighborhood, Al-Khalidiyah, Part of Al-Bustan neighborhood, and adjacent real estate areas), in addition to (Al-Nada neighborhood, and adjacent real estate areas) in Al-Bada'i Governorate, and the registration will end in real estate areas in the centers of Al-Khubar and Al-Sahabin, in addition to (Al-Salam neighborhood, and adjacent real estate areas) in Al-Bukayriyah Governorate, and in the center of Al-Batin, the registration will end in: (Part of Northeast Buraidah, Al-Yasmeen, Al-Nahda, and adjacent real estate areas), in addition to adjacent real estate areas along King Fahd Road in Riyadh Al-Khubar Governorate, as well as (Al-Jami'een neighborhood) in Al-Ras Governorate.

The registration will also end in the Eastern region in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate for the following neighborhoods: (Al-Rawdah, Al-Batin, Al-Falij, Al-Faiha, Industrial, Qurtubah, Al-Wurood, Al-Manar, Al-Shifa, Al-Murouj, Al-Faisaliyah, Al-Safaa, Al-Naifiyah, Al-Waha, Al-Sulaymaniyah, Al-Muhammadiyah, Al-Rabiyah, Modified Warehouse Land Plan, Al-Aziziyah, Al-Khalidiyah, Al-Tilal, Al-Rabwa, Al-Nuzhah, Al-Nahda, Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari, Municipal, Al-Musayf, Al-Ra'id, Al-Nakheel, Al-Wadi), as well as the following neighborhoods in Jubail Industrial: (Al-Dafi, Al-Fasl, Al-Lu'lu', Yanbu, Mardumah, Al-Mutrafiyah, Al-Shati, Al-Fanateer, Al-Batinah Island, City Center, Al-Suruj, Al-Huwailat, Al-Khalij, Al-Jalmudah, Al-Ruqah, Al-Bahr), in addition to the following neighborhoods in Al-Ahsa Governorate: (Al-Raf'ah Al-Shamaliyah, Al-Kout, Al-Na'ail, Al-Asilah, Al-Tal'iyah, Al-Mubarakiyah, Al-Turaybil Town, Al-Mazawi Town, Al-Aqar Town, Hajr 6th, Hajr 7th, Hajr 8th, Hajr 9th, Hajr 10th, Part of Hajr 12th, Plan 19/268, Plan 402/19, Plan 263/19, Plan 19/264, Plan 4/1082, Plan 4/1060, Plan 1144/4, Plan 518/4, Plan Sh J1092/4, Plan 1016/4, Plan 319/4, Plan 4/1124, Part of Plan 19/14, Plan 4/734, Plan 14/144, Plan 4/1121, Plan 14/154, Part of Plan 4/704, Agricultural Plan 1529, Al-Bustan, Al-Shuqayq West Town, Al-Ghamsi Town, Al-Tahimiya, Al-Tilal, Part of Al-Zahra neighborhood, Part of Al-Basatin neighborhood, Part of Al-Rukaz neighborhood, Part of Al-Waziya neighborhood 2, Part of Abu Al-Hasa Town, Part of Al-Nakheel neighborhood, Part of Al-Uyoun Al-Janubiyah neighborhood, Part of Riyadh 4th neighborhood, Part of Al-Jafr Town), and the registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Al-Biqayq Governorate: (Damegh Al-Shamaliyah, Additional Planning Area for Old Ain Dar Town, Planning for Al-Jawiyah Migration), while the registration for the following neighborhoods in Al-Nairiyah Governorate will end: (Al-Rawabi, Al-Khalij, Al-Rabi', Al-Rawdah), and the registration will also end in the center of Al-Qaisumah in the following neighborhoods: (Al-Muhammadiyah, Al-Naseem, Al-Shifa, Al-Andalus, Al-Faisaliyah, Al-Aziziyah), as well as the following neighborhoods in Al-Khafji Governorate: (Prince Nayef neighborhood, Al-Salam, Industrial, Al-Hamra, Al-Yasmeen, Urban Real Estate Area, Al-Faisaliyah, Al-Wurood, Government Land Planning Area located Northwest of Plan No. 8/62 "Chalh"), in addition to an Urban Real Estate Area adjacent to Abu Hadriah Road in Jubail Governorate, and the registration will also end for the following neighborhoods in Al-Qatif Governorate: (Part of Al-Shura neighborhood, Urban Area), and the registration will end in Urban Areas in Ras Tanura Governorate and Dammam Governorate.

The Authority urged property owners located within the neighborhoods to promptly register their properties through the real estate registry platform rer.sa before the registration period ends to benefit from the services of executing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.
