شهدت العاصمة الرياض، أخيراً، حفل تخريج وتوظيف 500 طاهٍ وطاهية حصلوا على «دبلوم فنون الطهي»، أحد المشاريع المدعومة من الصندوق الثقافي، بحضور عائلات الخريجين.
واحتفى الحفل بتخريج 500 متدرب ومتدربة من البرنامج التدريبي المنتهي بالتوظيف، الذي امتد لعامين ونصف، ونُفذ في مناطق الباحة، وجازان، والرياض؛ بهدف تأهيل الكوادر الوطنية في قطاع فنون الطهي، وتزويدهم بالمعرفة والخبرة العملية اللازمة لدخول سوق العمل.
ووفّر البرنامج شهادات دبلوم معتمدة من صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف)، إلى جانب عقود عمل مباشرة في أبرز دور الضيافة بالمملكة، وتضمن الحفل تكريماً للخريجين والخريجات المميزين، وتوقيع المعهد لمجموعة من الاتفاقيات مع دور الضيافة ومجموعات الفنادق.
The capital city of Riyadh recently witnessed a graduation and employment ceremony for 500 chefs who received a "Diploma in Culinary Arts," one of the projects supported by the Cultural Fund, in the presence of the graduates' families.
The ceremony celebrated the graduation of 500 trainees from the employment-oriented training program, which lasted for two and a half years and was implemented in the regions of Al-Baha, Jazan, and Riyadh; aimed at qualifying national cadres in the culinary arts sector and providing them with the necessary knowledge and practical experience to enter the job market.
The program provided accredited diploma certificates from the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), along with direct employment contracts in the most prominent hospitality establishments in the Kingdom. The ceremony included honoring outstanding graduates and the signing of a series of agreements between the institute and hospitality venues and hotel groups.
