أوقفت وزارة الداخلية الكويتية ثلاثة أشخاص بعد انتشار مقطع فيديو على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ظهروا فيه وهم يسخرون من الأوضاع الراهنة في البلاد، في واقعة أثارت تفاعلاً واسعاً على الإنترنت.
وذكرت الوزارة أن المتهمين، وهم (مواطنان كويتيان وشخص من الجنسية الكولومبية)، ظهروا في الفيديو المتداول وهم يطلقون عبارات اعتبرتها الجهات المختصة استهزاءً بالأوضاع العامة، الأمر الذي يندرج تحت تهم إذاعة أخبار كاذبة والإضرار بالمصالح القومية وإساءة استعمال الهاتف.
وأكدت الداخلية الكويتية أن الأجهزة المعنية تحركت فور رصد المقطع، وتم ضبط المتهمين واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقهم تمهيداً لإحالتهم إلى جهة الاختصاص.
وشددت الوزارة على أن مثل هذه السلوكيات مرفوضة، داعية مستخدمي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي إلى الالتزام بالقوانين والضوابط المنظمة للنشر الإلكتروني.
كما أكدت أن القانون سيُطبق بحزم على كل من يثبت تجاوزه أو نشره محتوى من شأنه الإضرار بمصالح الدولة، خصوصاً في ظل الظروف التي تمر بها المنطقة.

The ministry stated that the suspects, who are two Kuwaiti citizens and one Colombian national, appeared in the circulated video making statements that the relevant authorities considered to be mockery of the public situation, which falls under charges of spreading false news, harming national interests, and misuse of the phone.
The Kuwaiti interior ministry confirmed that the concerned authorities acted immediately upon spotting the video, apprehending the suspects and taking legal action against them in preparation for referring them to the competent authority.
The ministry emphasized that such behaviors are unacceptable, urging social media users to adhere to the laws and regulations governing electronic publishing.
It also affirmed that the law will be applied firmly against anyone proven to have violated it or published content that could harm the interests of the state, especially in light of the circumstances the region is experiencing.
