أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب التوصل إلى تفاهمات وصفها بـ«القوية للغاية» مع إيران، مؤكداً أن الجانبين باتا على مشارف توقيع اتفاق نهائي لإنهاء الحرب وفتح صفحة جديدة من التفاهمات الإقليمية.
وقال ترمب إن مذكرة التفاهم أصبحت شبه مكتملة، وإن المفاوضات دخلت مرحلة اللمسات الأخيرة تمهيداً للتوقيع الرسمي المتوقع خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع في إحدى الدول الأوروبية، مشيراً إلى أن نائبه جي دي فانس سيمثل الولايات المتحدة في مراسم التوقيع.
تفاهمات نهائية لإنهاء الحرب
وأوضح ترمب أن واشنطن وطهران توصلتا إلى مذكرة تفاهم «مفصلة وقوية للغاية»، لافتاً إلى أن المرشد الإيراني وافق على الاتفاق، وأن الجانبين يقتربان من إبرام تسوية شاملة تنهي المواجهة العسكرية.
وأضاف أن الولايات المتحدة أجرت اتصالات واسعة مع قادة دول الشرق الأوسط، من بينهم أمير قطر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تثبيت الاتفاق ودعم الاستقرار الإقليمي.
لا سلاح نووياً لإيران
وشدد الرئيس الأمريكي على أن الاتفاق يتضمن التزاماً إيرانياً بعدم امتلاك أي سلاح نووي أو تطويره مستقبلاً، مؤكداً أن طهران وافقت على هذا الشرط بشكل واضح.
وقال: «إيران لن تمتلك أسلحة نووية بأي شكل، ولن تشتري أو تطور سلاحاً نووياً»، مضيفاً أن إزالة المواد المخصبة وتفكيك البنية التحتية المرتبطة بالتخصيب والحد من إنتاج الصواريخ من بين البنود المطروحة في التفاهمات الجارية.
«انتصار عسكري» واتفاق أقوى
واعتبر ترمب أن الضربات الأمريكية الأخيرة على إيران أسهمت في دفع المفاوضات إلى مراحلها النهائية، قائلاً إن واشنطن «انتصرت عسكرياً» وإن العملية حققت أهدافها.
وأكد أن الاتفاق المرتقب سيكون أكثر فاعلية واستدامة من الخيار العسكري، مضيفاً أن الإيرانيين باتت أمامهم فرصة لإعادة بناء بلادهم بعد ما وصفه بالدمار الكبير الذي خلفته الحرب.
فتح مضيق هرمز
وكشف ترمب أن مضيق هرمز سيُفتح رسمياً فور التوقيع على الاتفاق، موضحاً أن الولايات المتحدة عملت خلال الفترة الماضية على ضمان استمرار تدفق النفط وحركة الملاحة الدولية عبر المضيق.
وأشار إلى أن عدداً كبيراً من السفن وملايين البراميل النفطية تم تأمين مرورها خلال فترة التوتر، مؤكداً أن عودة الملاحة الطبيعية ستكون إحدى النتائج المباشرة للاتفاق.
نتنياهو خارج المذكرة
وفي السياق ذاته، أوضح ديوان رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي أن إسرائيل ليست طرفاً في مذكرة التفاهم الجاري إعدادها مع إيران، لكنه أكد وجود تنسيق واتصالات بين الرئيس الأمريكي ورئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو بشأن مسار المفاوضات.
وأكد الديوان أن نتنياهو أعرب عن تقديره لالتزام الإدارة الأمريكية بأمن إسرائيل، فيما تواصل واشنطن جهودها للوصول إلى اتفاق نهائي يضع حداً للتصعيد العسكري في المنطقة.

Final Agreements to End the War
Trump explained that Washington and Tehran have reached a "detailed and very strong" memorandum of understanding, noting that the Iranian leader has agreed to the deal, and that both sides are close to reaching a comprehensive settlement that ends the military confrontation.
He added that the United States has conducted extensive communications with leaders of Middle Eastern countries, including the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, as part of efforts to solidify the agreement and support regional stability.
No Nuclear Weapons for Iran
The U.S. President emphasized that the agreement includes an Iranian commitment not to possess or develop any nuclear weapons in the future, confirming that Tehran has clearly agreed to this condition.
He stated: "Iran will not possess nuclear weapons in any form, nor will it buy or develop nuclear weapons," adding that the removal of enriched materials, dismantling of infrastructure related to enrichment, and limiting missile production are among the items being discussed in the ongoing negotiations.
"Military Victory" and a Stronger Agreement
Trump considered that the recent U.S. strikes on Iran contributed to pushing the negotiations to their final stages, saying that Washington has "militarily triumphed" and that the operation achieved its objectives.
He affirmed that the upcoming agreement will be more effective and sustainable than the military option, adding that the Iranians now have the opportunity to rebuild their country after what he described as the significant destruction left by the war.
Opening the Strait of Hormuz
Trump revealed that the Strait of Hormuz will be officially opened as soon as the agreement is signed, explaining that the United States has worked in recent times to ensure the continued flow of oil and international shipping through the strait.
He noted that a large number of ships and millions of barrels of oil were secured for passage during the period of tension, affirming that the return to normal navigation will be one of the direct results of the agreement.
Netanyahu Out of the Memorandum
In this context, the office of the Israeli Prime Minister clarified that Israel is not a party to the memorandum of understanding being prepared with Iran, but confirmed that there is coordination and communication between the U.S. President and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the course of the negotiations.
The office affirmed that Netanyahu expressed his appreciation for the U.S. administration's commitment to Israel's security, while Washington continues its efforts to reach a final agreement that puts an end to military escalation in the region.
