أعلن المركز الوطني للرقابة على الالتزام البيئي ارتفاع عدد الجولات التفتيشية للأنشطة الأعلى تأثيرًا بيئيًا في النصف الأول من العام الحالي إلى 70% من الزيارات التفتيشية التي بلغت أكثر من 26 ألف زيارة، وذلك بسبب تفعيل الرقابة الموجّهة.
وأوضح مدير إدارة التفتيش عبدالمجيد الحربي أن النصف الأول من العام 2026 شهد مشاركة فاعلةً لعمل المرأة في التفتيش الميداني، إذ زادت نسبة مشاركتها في أعمال موسم الحج الماضي إلى 10% من إجمالي عدد المفتشين المشاركين في الجولات.
كفاءة التنفيذ
وبيَّن أن الرقابة الموجهة انعكست على كفاءة التنفيذ، ما انعكس على انخفاض عدد الجولات الميدانية إلى 13% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.
وأشار إلى أن ذلك مكّن المركز من تطوير عمليات التفتيش ومخرجاتها ضمن الموارد المتاحة.
وبيَّن أن منصة «التفتيش البيئي» المحدثة مطلع العام الحالي سهلت تسجيل المنشآت ذات الأثر البيئي، ومكنت من استقبال الاعتراضات والخطط التصحيحية في وقت قياسي لمتابعة الإجراءات وعدم الحاجة إلى تكرار الزيارات التفتيشية.
وأفاد الحربي بأن رفع مستوى التعاون مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لتنفيذ زيارات مشتركة لرصد حالات عدم الالتزام وفر الجهد والوقت على مفتشي المركز في زيارة بعض المواقع، مثل: المشاركة في الحملات الرقابية ضمن أعمال اللجنة التنفيذية الدائمة لمحطات الوقود ومراكز الخدمة، وتنفيذ زيارات مشتركة مع الجهات الحكومية، وكذلك حملة السيطرة والتحكم بالغبار في العاصمة بالتعاون مع الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض وأمانة منطقة الرياض.
The National Center for Environmental Compliance Monitoring announced an increase in the number of inspection rounds for the most environmentally impactful activities in the first half of this year to 70% of the inspection visits, which exceeded 26,000 visits, due to the activation of targeted monitoring.
The Director of the Inspection Department, Abdul Majid Al-Harbi, explained that the first half of 2026 witnessed active participation of women in field inspections, as their participation rate in the last Hajj season increased to 10% of the total number of inspectors involved in the rounds.
Efficiency of Implementation
He indicated that targeted monitoring reflected positively on the efficiency of implementation, resulting in a 13% decrease in the number of field rounds compared to the same period last year.
He pointed out that this enabled the center to develop inspection processes and their outputs within the available resources.
He noted that the updated "Environmental Inspection" platform at the beginning of this year facilitated the registration of facilities with environmental impacts and enabled the reception of objections and corrective plans in record time to follow up on procedures without the need for repeated inspection visits.
Al-Harbi stated that enhancing cooperation with relevant authorities to conduct joint visits to monitor non-compliance cases saved effort and time for the center's inspectors in visiting some sites, such as participating in regulatory campaigns as part of the Permanent Executive Committee's work for fuel stations and service centers, conducting joint visits with government entities, as well as the dust control campaign in the capital in collaboration with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the Riyadh Region Municipality.
